Good things here
The society maintains high construction standards with no issues like seepage or plaster problems. Comprehensive security measures, including CCTV and security guards, ensure safety. Elevators are functional and well-maintained. Residents enjoy amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids. They also foster a friendly and cooperative community spirit, celebrating cultural festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Outside the society, roads are in poor condition, leading to significant traffic issues. Public transport options are limited, exacerbating transportation challenges. Additionally, parking space is limited, resulting in chaos among residents. Unfortunately, there is no power backup, leading to frequent power cuts. Moreover, water supply can be inconsistent, with shortages occurring at times.

Good things here
Prateek stylome is a high class luxurious society with all the amenities such as swimming pool, gym, salon and even atms are available in the society. Lush greenary and a beautiful garden with a variety of flowers are present there. Parking spot is fabulous and the residents are not facing any issues regarding the same. The local transports such as metro and cabs is accessible. There are a lot of cultural events and activties that keep happening in the society which makes the interation among the neighbours really great.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection and disposal is not made properly. There is a major issue regarding water logging, leakage and seeapge. Lifts are not available in the society. Others are fine.

Good things here
The society is well-equipped with facilities like lifts and CCTV cameras, all of which are in proper working condition. Maintenance seems to be efficiently managed, with prompt resolution of any reported issues. The presence of security guards round-the-clock adds to the sense of safety. Additionally, the residents are described as friendly, contributing to a positive living environment.
Things need improvement
Connectivity seems to be somewhat average, requiring residents to rely on eRickshaws to reach the metro station, which is a 15-20 minute journey away. Additionally, there appears to be a minor issue with seepage in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good now and repaired in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. There are no stray animal issues faced inside the society.

Good things here
We are planning to leave this society. Swimming pool & gym house hai accha society mein. Connectivity tabhi acha hai jab aapke paas apni personal vehicle ho. Log acche padhe likhe rehte hain. Society mein open space acha hai, price kam hai flats ke.
Things need improvement
Premium societies se neeche ka standard hai. Maintenance sahi nahi hai, paani nahi aata tha, 2-3 ghante light hi nahi aati thi. Aisa hota tha 3-4 din hi paani nahi aata tha, 8-10 ghante light nahi aati thi. No hygiene maintain is done. Public transport acha nahi hai, auto wagera nahi milta hai. Construction quality itni bekaar hai ke kabhi bhi building gir sakti hai. Security guards sab aged hain 90 saal ke, koi bhi young watchmen nahi hai.

The society is clean and greenary is all around. The security has been well maintained. Pet friendly society.
Things need improvement
Seepage and logging was a major issue in the society. People complained about it many times but no actions have been taken yet.

Good things here
There is nearby golf course metro. We get rikshaw to reach there. I have no ides about CCTV, however, mantainance is good. If seepage issue happens, then repairing happens. There is no water logging issue. Swimming pool, club house is mantained. People are fierndly and we celebrate all festivals together even small festival. I like celebrations, get togethers in society.

Seppage issue happens sometimes but it gets repaired time to time.

Good things here
I left the society two years ago. The market within the society was small. Maintenance was good, with cleanliness being well-maintained. There were CCTV cameras and lifts. However, there was no water logging problem. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were very well maintained. Neighbors were okay; the interaction was limited but pleasant. The society was simple, good, and well-maintained. It was the best society for me.
Things need improvement
The absence of a nearby metro and a slight seepage and leakage issue in certain parts were notable aspects of the society. Despite these challenges, the overall experience was positive.

Good things here
Electricity and water supply is available 24 hours. CCTV cameras, lift and others are available and works really good. No water logging issues. People are friendly and cooperative. Markets, schools, hospitals are available nearby. The society has great connectivity in terms of metro, cabs and buses. These are available nearby. Overall environment of the society is good.
Things need improvement
The society is altogether good and the resident has no issues has per mentioned and no improvement is required in the society right now. There is greenary all around the society.

The security service provided by the society was nice as security guards were active and society has cameras too for security purpose . In society cultural events tooks place frequently .

There was a major issue of dirty water due to which we have to change the society . everytime sometype of issue was there .
