Good things here

The society offers convenient amenities like a store where you can request the owner to deliver groceries and other essentials. It's gated with security guards stationed at every tower, and visitors need to register their entry at the main gate, specifying the person and flat they are visiting. The residents uphold a high standard of living, and the community boasts amenities such as basketball and tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a well-equipped clubhouse.

Functioning swimming pool
Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society is average, leading to occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Ventilation is also lacking, and power cuts are experienced daily. Additionally, the lifts are not functioning properly, and the basement parking has been under construction for the past two years. Fire safety equipment has not been installed in some towers, posing a risk. Another disadvantage is the unavailability of visitor parking. Furthermore, the swimming pool requires better cleaning, and while a gymnasium is available, it doesn't meet expectations.

Good things here

Public transport like autos and cabs are nearby. Local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are just outside the society. The society is well-maintained with good hygiene standards, timely garbage collection, and pest control. Water supply is reliable, and there are no major electricity issues.

Autos and Cabs easily available
Public transport accessible
Clean & well maintained

Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society is poor, leading to issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. The walls are of subpar quality. Unfortunately, amenities like a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play areas for kids are not available. The community lacks a friendly atmosphere, and events are not celebrated together.

This area has pet-friendly atmosphere which I like and this is what made this place preferable for me to live.

Pets friendly

We personally experience frequent utility outages, including electricity, water, and internet disruptions. These outages disrupt residents' daily routines, cause inconvenience, and may result in damage to electrical appliances and perishable goods.

Good things here

The most comforting about this place is safety. We feel safe and secure living here.

Things need improvement

Several apartment complexes suffer from inadequate parking space, forcing residents to compete for limited parking spots or resort to parking in unauthorized areas. This leads to inconvenience, disputes among residents, and potential fines for unauthorized parking.

Good things here

I love how pet-friendly this neighborhood is! It's a big reason why I chose to live here.

Pets friendly

Things need improvement

We often deal with utility outages here, like electricity, water, and internet going out. It really messes up our daily routines, causing a lot of inconvenience. Plus, it can even damage our appliances and food if it goes on too long.

Good things here

Living here gives me peace of mind. We've got all the basics covered, and the people in this area are really nice. It feels like a good place to be.

Things need improvement

In some apartment buildings, elevator issues are pretty common. It's a hassle and raises safety worries, especially for older or disabled residents.
