Transportation options such as auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs are conveniently located within walking distance outside the society. Nearby, residents have access to local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, offering convenience. I'm glad to say that within our society, we haven't encountered any issues regarding water quality or supply. The construction quality is commendable, with no reported instances of seepage or leakage. Moreover, maintenance standards are exemplary, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are consistently upheld. All essential amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids, are available within the society, enhancing our lifestyle. Our community is characterized by friendly and cooperative residents who contribute to a harmonious living environment. Security measures, including the installation of CCTV cameras, are robust, and the lifts are operational and well-maintained. Additionally, there is ample parking space provided for residents' convenience.

The gym and swimming pool in our society are not being well maintained. There seems to be a lack of attention or effort in ensuring their upkeep and cleanliness. This could result in inconveniences for residents who rely on these amenities for their fitness and recreational needs.

With public transportation readily available just a short walk away, it's easy to get around whenever I need to. Plus, the society is impeccably maintained, with cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently upheld. Garbage collection is always on time, and the water supply is reliable. I never have to worry about electricity or drainage issues, which is such a relief. The construction quality of the buildings is top-notch, so I never have to deal with problems like seepage or leakage. Having a balcony is a wonderful bonus, giving me a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. And knowing that there's a good security system in place, with security guards and CCTV cameras, gives me peace of mind. Everyone here is friendly and cooperative, and there are plenty of facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas for kids, which make it easy to connect with my neighbors and enjoy life to the fullest. Plus, having a lift in the building adds to the convenience, making it easy to navigate the complex.

Similarly, the absence of nearby schools, restaurants, and other amenities means we have to travel a bit farther for those services. Additionally, the lack of a swimming pool means we miss out on a fun recreational activity.

When I purchased my flat, I was disappointed to find that some of the promised amenities were not fully available. It's frustrating to not have everything that was originally promised, especially when it comes to significant features like a service road or designated parking for visitors. The lack of space for visitor parking adds an extra layer of inconvenience, both for residents and their guests.

Everything was good and flats were also proper ventilated and in good condition sometimes due to heavy rainfall there was the problem of seepage and leakage in the society. But the managing team is good they maintained all the thing.

We have power backup for both flats and common areas. Ola and Uber are easily accessible through online booking. The market is conveniently located nearby. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. The lifts are well-maintained, and we have a reliable 24/7 water supply. The residents are friendly, and festivals are celebrated joyfully.

Public transport is not easily accessible nearby, which poses challenges for older residents traveling to the main road. Some flats have cracks, and modern amenities are lacking. Occasional power cuts are a concern, and noise from the nearby railway station can be bothersome. Furthermore, festivals celebrated in the nearby slum area cause noise pollution, prompting residents to keep their windows closed

Ola and Uber services are available right at the society. The environment is clean, and we have continuous water supply round the clock. Our flat doesn't have any leakage or seepage issues. The ventilation is excellent, and we have amenities like a gym, podium, play area, and garden. Our neighbors are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together. The lifts are kept in good condition, and maintenance fees are reasonable. Security measures are effective, and there's plenty of parking space available.

Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Security measures, such as the gate app, are effective. Seepage and leakage issues are minimal, mostly occurring during rainy seasons. The presence of a clubhouse adds value to the community. power backup is available. New wings will have swimming pool facilities. Lifts generally work fine.

Garbage collection issues,the lack of regular garbage collection can lead to sanitation concerns and affect the cleanliness of the surroundings. Electricity outages,experiencing frequent power cuts, even if backup generators are used, can disrupt daily routines and inconvenience residents.
