Good things here
Living in our society is truly convenient and enjoyable. Having easy access to various modes of public transportation, as well as local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, makes it easy to meet daily needs. The proximity of hospitals, metro stations, and malls adds to the accessibility of essential services and recreational opportunities, making life here quite convenient. I'm also pleased to see that our society is well-maintained, with regular garbage collection and efficient maintenance keeping everything clean and hygienic. It's reassuring to know that any issues that arise are resolved promptly, and that we have reliable water and electricity supply around the clock. The good construction quality of our buildings ensures durability and comfort, and I appreciate the proper ventilation and sunlight in my flat. It's also heartening to experience the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents, as well as the sense of community fostered by celebrating festivals together. Having security guards available adds to the overall sense of safety and security in our society, providing peace of mind for all residents.
Things need improvement
Parking is indeed a significant issue in our society, especially for residents like myself who have more than one vehicle. It can be quite frustrating to find parking space, particularly during peak hours or when returning home late at night. Additionally, it's disappointing that our society lacks essential amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids. Lastly, not having lifts in our low-rise building can be challenging, especially for residents like myself who live on higher floors.

It's reassuring to know that our management team takes such good care of our living environment. The reliable operation of the lifts is a small but significant convenience, especially for residents like me who live on higher floors. It makes everyday tasks much easier and ensures accessibility for everyone in the community. I've noticed the recent touch-ups of paint and construction work around the property, and it's clear that proactive efforts are being made to upkeep the property. Not only does this enhance the aesthetics of our surroundings, but it also speaks to the commitment to maintaining the structural integrity of our buildings. And of course, it's reassuring to know that our property is free from seepage and leakage issues, indicating sound construction and maintenance practices. It's comforting to live in a place where I don't have to worry about such structural concerns.

Good things here
Connectivity is good, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Metro and rail station is nearby the society. Markets, schools, hospitals, mall are available outside the society there are markets. Quality of roads are in good condition. Street lights works fine. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained, no such maintainance issues are seen. Garbage collection are done on time. Issues are resolved on time. CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. Security guards are good. Lifts are available and works properly. Ventilation and sunlight is good. Water quality issues are not faced. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People are very good in the society, they are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced but in the appartments. Plaster quality is very poor. Damp in walls are seen a lot. Construction quality is of low quality. Parking is not available, and there is no basement parking.

I really appreciate living in a place where the facilities and common areas are well-maintained. It makes the environment so much more pleasant and adds value to the property. Knowing that there aren't any issues related to seepage or leakage reassures me about the quality of construction and maintenance practices here. The gate apps for access control not only add convenience but also enhance the security within our community, which is something I highly value. Even though our society is older, the absence of cracks speaks volumes about the solid construction and ongoing maintenance efforts, which gives me confidence in the place I call home.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Paintings are done on time in the society. Other facilities like club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Rules are followed and maintained by the pet owners in the society. It's a pet friendly society. Open space parking is available. Security system is good Security guards are available. Security apps are used.

The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Amenities like gym are swimmingpool is not available in the society. Water logging only happens outside the main gate of the society.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos nearby. Maintenance is taken care of with no water supply or logging issues. There is a park area.
Things need improvement
Water logging issues do exist outside the society area. The construction quality of the society is average as some seepage issues do exist. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available.

Some fruit and vegetable markets are located within a walking distance from SRS Pearl Floors. The society where SRS Pearl Floors is situated is one of the safest places of Faridabad.
