Good things here

The maintenance services in the society are commendable, ensuring timely cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. Regular garbage collection is also carried out efficiently. I utilize both personal vehicle and public transport, and the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine. Street lights function properly at night, enhancing safety. Elevators are well-maintained and functional, and CCTV coverage ensures security throughout the society. Security guards are also available to further ensure safety. Water supply is consistently available, and there haven't been any issues with electricity. The neighborhood is very welcoming, with many events and festivals celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community. Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, making connectivity very convenient. Nearby, there are market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, adding to the overall convenience of living in the society.

Things need improvement

It seems there are some challenges with the cooperation of committee members, which is causing problems for tenants. There's also a discrepancy in how parking fines are enforced, with tenants facing stricter penalties compared to owners. Guest parking issues and fines add to the frustration. It's unfortunate that tenants are not allowed to have cabs enter the society, indicating a partial treatment. Moreover, tenants seem to bear a heavier burden in terms of maintenance charges compared to owners. The lack of well-maintained amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym is disappointing, possibly due to insufficient maintenance. Issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in apartments also highlight concerns about the average construction quality of the society's older buildings.

Good things here

There are multiple schools and hospitals nearby the society. The quality of the roads outside is very well-developed. So far, there are no problems regarding leakage and seepage, so the construction quality is strong and sturdy. The builder has delivered all the promised amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, park, walking track, and plenty of greenery around the society. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is available. Cleanliness is maintained as garbage is collected daily. The maintenance of the society is excellent, with a responsive team ready to address any issues. All festivals and functions are celebrated in the society. There is 24/7 water and electricity supply available. The best and standout feature of this society is its architecture, height, and open space.

Things need improvement

Transportation facilities near the society are challenging to access because it's far from the connecting road, requiring residents to have their own vehicles for travel. The local market is also distant from the society. The swimming pool is not operational year-round; it's maintained and functional only during summers. Additionally, allocated visitor parking is not available within�the�society.

The society is clean, with timely garbage collection, uninterrupted water supply, and 24/7 drinking water. Major electricity issues are rare, and the drainage system prevents waterlogging. Lifts and CCTV cameras are well-maintained, enhancing security alongside guards and security apps. A strong sense of community exists, with neighbors celebrating cultural events together. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids add to the quality of life.

I'm fortunate to say that I haven't encountered any issues in my society, and I'm quite content with the way things are. Everything seems to be running smoothly, and I haven't noticed any areas that need improvement.

Good things here

The security system there was very good, with well-maintained CCTV cameras and two well-kept lifts in our building. Garbage collection was timely, with separate bins for dry and wet waste. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, playground, and clubhouse were available. Covered parking was allocated for everyone, and there was a large parking area. Malls, markets, and grocery shops were just 5 minutes away. Public transport like autos and rickshaws was easily accessible. All festivals were celebrated.

Good things here

The main road is just half a kilometer away, making it very convenient. The society is exceptionally clean, and the amenities�including the gym, pool, parking, and clubhouse�are top-notch. Plus, the neighbors are incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming and pleasant community.

Good things here

I used to live in the society a few years ago. The connectivity was good, and the location was favorable as it was very close to the main road, approximately 1 meter away. Auto-rickshaws and cabs were easily available. Maintenance was excellent, and there were no issues of seepage or leakage. Electricity was reliable, and the construction quality was good with no cracks on the walls. The society had a gym, clubhouse, and a swimming pool. The balconies in the 2BHK apartments were limited to one, but they were spacious. Maintenance was timely, and lifts, as well as CCTV cameras, were well-maintained.

However, the society is not very spacious; it's quite compact. The bedrooms are small, and the design is not well-thought-out. Parking space is limited, and there is no provision for visitor parking. When a large vehicle, like a truck, arrived, it was challenging to maneuver it inside due to the limited space, often leading to conflicts among residents. Additionally, the gym and swimming pool were quite small.

Good things here

Rooms are quite spacious and well designed attached with balcony. All the modern amenities were available in the society like swimminng pool,club house ,gym,kids play area etc. 24/7 water and electricity supply available in the society. Allocated parking is available for owners. All the events and festivals are being celebrated in the society. Full power back up facilities are provided in the society.

Things need improvement

Society is bit inside from the main road so there auto and cabs are hard to approach near by the society. There is no groccery and vegentable shop near by the society. visitors parking is not availabe inside the society. There is fitting related issues in dry balcony and even drainage problem is also there in the society. swimming pool is not functional and well maintained. maintainenace charges are bit high and management is not worthy.

In terms of connectivity society gets full marks. market, restaurants, autos and buses everything was near by the society. Society me flats and common area dono ke liye power back up tha. Security ke liye apps use hoti tihi. Visitors ke liye parking thi. Sare Flats kafi spacious and ventilated the. Flats ki construction quality kafi acchi thi. Swimming pool tha aur chalu tha. Landlord bohot hi ache aur understanding the.

Society me kafi bachelors rahete the. Par bachelors and family walo ke liye rule kafi tight the, jab ki jo owners the society ke unke liye rule jada nhi the. agar koi tenant ghar me party krta hai to management use turant band karva dete the, bakiyonka party karna allowed tha. Society me initially jab rahene aate hai tab extra 5000rs charge kiye gaye in the name of Security Deposit magar flats chodate time sirf 4500rs return kiye the. mujhe society ka management kafi bekar laga.
