Thanks to the excellent amenities and maintenance services provided. It's reassuring to have access to essential facilities such as a clubhouse, garden, park, and yoga room, all of which are well-maintained for the enjoyment of residents. The timely garbage collection and regular cleaning contribute to a clean and hygienic environment, enhancing the overall well-being of everyone in the community. Additionally, the absence of parking issues and robust security measures provide peace of mind to residents. The top-notch construction quality ensures that our living spaces are comfortable and free from common issues like seepage. The well-ventilated flats further enhance the overall living experience, promoting a healthy and comfortable indoor environment.
Things need improvement
I'm quite satisfied with the overall condition of our society. We have a strong sense of community and well-maintained amenities that contribute to a high quality of life for all residents. However, there is a slight issue with road congestion around the society, causing traffic problems at times.

Good things here
What a fantastic place to live. . . Located in the prime area of Worli, it offers excellent connectivity to all destinations. The view is stunning, and the security is well-managed with solid infrastructure. Very friendly environment of the society which is Big plus point.
Things need improvement
The banquet hall of the society is still not open for use and other than that maintenance charges are very high in comparison to other apartments nearby.
