Water facilities in our society are excellent, with a dependable 24/7 supply sourced from a borewell system. We also have reliable power backup available. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups. The construction quality is robust, with no issues of leaks, seepage, or cracks in the buildings. Residents enjoy well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area. Nearby hospitals and police stations provide convenient access during emergencies. We also celebrate various festivals like Pongal and Holi together within the society, enhancing community spirit and enjoyment.
Things need improvement
Connectivity in our society is severely lacking, with frequent unavailability of cabs and autos, making commuting challenging. Maintenance services are also inadequate, with uncooperative staff exacerbating the inconvenience. The cleanliness standards in the society are very poor, and maintenance of other facilities is often delayed, further adding to residents' inconvenience. The cleaning staff's performance is subpar, contributing to excessive dust accumulation outside, which is highly inconvenient. The overall premises are poorly maintained, and occasional issues with the water supply need prompt resolution. The garbage area on the right side of the society is consistently full and poorly maintained, making garbage disposal a persistent inconvenience.

Good things here
The surrounding community is known for its friendly and well-educated residents. We come together to celebrate various festivals such as Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Ram Navami, Diwali, and Navaratri. Connectivity-wise, we have supermarkets, grocery stores, and a bus stop within 500 meters, while a shopping mall, schools, hospitals, theaters, and a metro station are within 2 km. Street lights are functional, ensuring safety, and there is ample parking space available. Amenities in our community include a clubhouse, table tennis, multipurpose court, basketball court, badminton court, swimming pool, gym, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is efficient, with regular cleaning and garbage collection services. We have a reliable power supply, and our lifts are well-maintained for residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
The road conditions in our area are poor, with numerous potholes causing inconvenience. Additionally, we are experiencing water problems, including seepage issues that are affecting the swimming pool. Urgent maintenance and repairs are needed to address these issues promptly.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and auto rickshaws is easily available. The traffic situation is very good, and there are power backups in place. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect both wet and dry waste despite the intensity. The building is very good compared to other apartments nearby. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. The parking area is very spacious, and there is visitor parking available. The greenery around the area is excellent. We can celebrate every festival here, and everyone enjoys it. Security is very tight in the society. Cleaning is very good, and they keep the area hygienic.
Things need improvement
The water facility is not good in this area; water depends on the tank, which is inconvenient. Maintenance is expensive. Construction quality is very poor compared to other places in the area. The swimming pool was closed due to issues with water, which is inconvenient. There are traffic jams near busy spots, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
I have been staying in the society for the past six years, and for the first four years, it was good. I have no issues with garbage collection or maintenance. Connectivity is also good as Ola and Uber do not cancel rides, and railway stations and airports are not far away. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
In the past two years, I have faced many problems. The water from the tap is unclean, and there is a seepage issue. One of the lifts is frequently under maintenance. The water in the flush is dirty. The lawns are unkempt, as leaves and debris are not cleaned daily. My doorbell doesn't work. Although the water scarcity issue has been solved, there is still no water in the pool.

Very big problem of water shortage. Traffic and congestion is also a headache every morning going to office

Mostly everything. I am paying 45 k for a 2 BHK flat in 2023-24 and given the issue of water, seepage and cracks and traffic itsnot worth to stay here

Good things here
The society boasts excellent security with a larger number of guards and state-of-the-art CCTV systems. Thanks to the high construction quality, leakage or seepage issues are non-existent. Residents enjoy well-maintained amenities including a gym, swimming pool, play area, and community hall. The surrounding area is enriched with numerous international schools and nearby hospitals, adding to the convenience and quality of life for residents.
Things need improvement
In this society, there's a lack of nearby public transportation options like bus stops or metro stations. Additionally, some residents find the maintenance charges to be a bit expensive.

Connectivity is great. Everything is very close. And the people are amazing. All festivals are celebrated with a lot of vigor.
Things need improvement
Major water crisis since 2 years as the pipes and equipment are of poor quality, almost always leading to water cuts for repairs and maintenance.

The society has a clubhouse with facilities like a gym and indoor games. Society also features amenities such as a well-maintained swimming pool, open areas, and a children's play area. Its convenient proximity to Vydehi Hospital ensures easy access to medical services for residents. The good construction of buildings without any issues like leakage. Moreover, the society's security measures are commendable, ensuring the safety of all residents.

Good things here
The society is situated in a prime area with good transportation options like nearby bus stops and readily available cabs. Grocery stores are also nearby. Everyone participates in and celebrates all festivals and events as a family. The people living here are good, and cleanliness is always maintained well.
Things need improvement
The major problem within this society is with water availability, which is limited to certain times of the day. Additionally, the construction quality is not great, leading to water leakage issues. Parking is also a major problem; sometimes, there is only a small space available to park a bike.

The society maintains high standards, ensuring no water shortages during summer and maintaining cleanliness in the surroundings. It has good amenities such as a badminton court, swimming pool, gym, and playground accessible to all residents. Excellent connectivity is provided by proximity to essential services such as a bus stop, grocery stores, and salons, all within a 200-meter distance. Residents come together to celebrate all festivals and events. The construction quality is top-notch, free from any leakage issues.

The only downside is that the rent in this society is high, which is unfavorable for tenants.
