Good things here

Despite some challenges, I find the availability of auto-rickshaws and cabs quite convenient for transportation needs. It's reassuring knowing I can easily navigate the area without much difficulty. While the condition of the roads isn't perfect, I'm grateful for the working elevators, which provide reliable access to my home, especially after a long day or when carrying groceries. It's also reassuring to know there are no issues with seepage or leakage, contributing to a more comfortable living environment. Additionally, amenities like the clubhouse and gym are also available, which adds to the overall convenience and enjoyment of living here.

Things need improvement

The poor condition of the roads not only affects the aesthetics of the neighborhood but also poses challenges for commuting and vehicle maintenance. Additionally, the absence of designated parking spaces adds to the inconvenience, making it difficult to find a suitable place to park, especially during peak hours. The delayed painting maintenance further reflects a lack of attention to the upkeep of the property, which can impact the overall appeal of the surroundings. The limited size of amenities like the clubhouse and gym diminishes their usefulness and restricts residents' ability to fully enjoy these facilities. Moreover, the unfriendly demeanor of some neighbors creates a less-than-ideal atmosphere in the community, which can detract from the overall sense of belonging and comfort.

The society grappled with significant traffic congestion, posing challenges for residents to navigate in and out smoothly. This situation prompted many, including myself, to rely heavily on online grocery shopping to avoid the hassle. Moreover, concerns regarding the construction quality surfaced, with reports of seepage affecting even the wooden flooring in some flats, highlighting the need for improvements in building standards. Furthermore, the maintenance services within the society left much to be desired. Instances such as lift malfunctions required residents to report the issue, resulting in delays of a day or two before repairs were addressed.

It's reassuring to know that the maintenance of our society is consistently good. Having sufficient parking available without any issues adds to the convenience of daily life. Things need improvement

The connectivity around our society is indeed a significant concern due to the poor condition of the roads. Broken and damaged roads can lead to various problems, including difficulty in commuting and increased vehicle wear and tear. The presence of a secluded area near the society could also contribute to safety concerns. Additionally, it's unfortunate to hear about the problems with vans, as this could further exacerbate the issues with traffic and road conditions.

Good things here

Maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. Water supply and electricity issues are also not faced as such in the society, it's always available. Garbage collection is done on time on a regular basis. The connectivity of the society is amazing as public transports are readily available around the society. The society is near the main road. There are no construction issues that arised so far in the society. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. Basically basement parking is alloted to all residents, I have never faced any parking issues. People are amazing and frindly in the society, the social life is amazing.

Things need improvement

The pathway of the society near the main gate that area is very crowded at times. It becomes very difficult to pass by with car or cabs. Takes lots of efforts to cross this area.

The society is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering all modern amenities. Residents are cooperative, and security measures are robust. There are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage, and the flats boast excellent ventilation, receiving ample sunlight in the mornings. Water is available round the clock, and parking is plentiful. The painting is well done, and the lifts are regularly maintained. The community comes together to celebrate festivals, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

Things need improvement

The construction of new buildings near the society has brought about frequent arrival and departure of trucks, causing deterioration of the roads outside the society. To mitigate speeding, many speed bumps have been installed, unfortunately making it inconvenient for auto-rickshaws to navigate through the area, hence they are not readily available.

Public transportation buses are conveniently available near our society. The residents are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. We have all the modern amenities, which are well-maintained. Any previous issues with leakage and seepage have been resolved by the society promptly. We ensure that any issues within the society are addressed quickly. Water supply is reliable 24/7, and cleanliness is consistently maintained. There is ample parking for both residents and visitors in the society.

Things need improvement

Autos are not readily available near the society; you have to walk a bit to find them. During the evening, when offices close, there is some traffic congestion in the area.

All amenities were available, including a gym, pool, park, and everything remained functional. Maintenance was good, and cleanliness and greenery were well-maintained.

The narrow roads near the society caused traffic issues, especially during office hours. upgrading the facilities of the clubhouse. Rules regarding guest parking in society should be revised to make them more flexible.

Good things here

Auto-rickshaws are readily available near the society. Garbage collection happens daily, keeping the society clean. Water is available 24/7, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. My flat is well-ventilated with ample sunlight. Modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and play area are available. The residents are cooperative, and my flat receives plenty of sunlight and fresh air.

The society is located in the middle of the city, near the Bandra Kurla Complex, which leads to significant traffic issues, especially during peak hours. About 10% of the buildings do not receive enough air circulation due to other buildings blocking their ventilation. The society primarily consists of tenants, accounting for around 70%. Festivals are not celebrated in the society, and there is no garden within the premises.

Leakage issue is a big concern on the buildings, security is very bad. People living in the society are not at all friendly.
