Nearby schools are conveniently located within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality within the society is subpar, with ongoing construction works adding to the inconvenience. Grocery stores and supermarkets, although available, are located approximately 3 kilometers away, posing a significant inconvenience for residents. The parking area within the society is congested, further complicating the situation. However, there is a silver lining as a metro station is currently under construction within a 2-kilometer radius, promising future convenience once completed.

Ample visitor parking space is provided, and maintenance charges are reasonable. Nearby hospitals are conveniently located within a 200-meter walking distance, while public transportation options including buses are available within 300 meters. Furthermore, the proximity of a metro station just 200 meters away adds to the society's convenience.

The construction quality within the society is notably poor, evident from various issues such as seepage problems and numerous cracks in the walls. Additionally, the cleanliness standards outside the society premises are lacking.

Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily at a particular time in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a designated visitors parking area. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The kids' play area is very spacious. Public transportation like buses is also available within a convenient walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor in the society, with many leakages in bathrooms and seepage issues in bedrooms and halls. Amenities like the swimming pool are not maintained well in the society. The gym is also not well-equipped. The clubhouse is very small in the society.

Facilities like markets and supermarkets are available nearby, within a walkable distance from the society.

The construction quality is not good in the society, with cracks on walls and numerous seepage issues. There is no power backup available in the society. Water facility is also not good; the water is full of mud, making it very inconvenient for drinking and other uses.

Cabs and autos are easily available in the society, which is very convenient. Garbage collection is very good in the society, done door to door. Ventilation is very good in the flats. Kids' play area is very spacious in the society, which is very convenient. The clubhouse is very good, and the gym is also very well-equipped in the society. Locality is very good in the society. The garden area is very good, and the walking area is also spacious for kids and senior citizens. Everything is accessible, including markets, supermarkets, petrol bunks, restaurants, and malls, all available nearby, which is convenient.
Things need improvement
Water facility is not good in the society. There is mostly hard water in the society, which is inconvenient. Power backup is not available for common areas only. Public transportation, like buses, is not available in the society.

My family is overjoyed to be able to live here. It's a fantastic location to call home. They provide a variety of amenities, including a children's play area, a swimming pool, a squash court, a party lawn, a fitness center, and a table tennis court. The area is lush with vegetation, and the convenience shop is close by.
