Good things here
In our society, the space is good with no complaints from residents. Even though bachelors are allowed, there are no differences in treatment. The committee members are very good and respond promptly to any situation. We have a WhatsApp group where we send our problems. Within 300 meters, there is a petrol bunk and a bus stop, and within 1 km, there are schools and hospitals. The quality of amenities is good. The street lights function properly, and we have adequate parking spaces. Maintenance is well-managed; everything is kept clean daily, and garbage collection happens regularly. We have good water and power supply, the lift is in good condition, and proper painting has been done. Amenities such as a walking track and a kids' play area are also available.
Things need improvement
There are noticeable cracks on the walls in some areas of the society, which need prompt attention to maintain the integrity and aesthetics of the buildings.

Good things here
I really appreciated the excellent connectivity here; sharing autos and cabs were always available when needed, and the roads are well-maintained. It's so convenient having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The apartments themselves are well-ventilated with a good carpet area. The elevators are reliable, and it feels secure with CCTV cameras and a dedicated security guard.
Things need improvement
One major drawback was the inconsistent water supply, and the maintenance left much to be desired. Garbage collection was often delayed, and the society lacks essential amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool. Unfortunately, my interactions with neighbors, especially their attitude towards tenants, were not very welcoming.
