Good things here
Connectivity options like cabs and autos are also available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The water facility is very good, and power backup is also available. The parking area is very spacious in the society. Cleaning of the society is very good. The atmosphere of the society is very spacious. Additionally, facilities like grocery stores and markets are also available nearby in the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, badminton court, and football court those are not available in the society. Additionally, the metro station being 2 kilometers away from the society can be inconvenient for residents.

Good things here
Residents have their own parking in the villa setup, and transportation via Ola and Uber is convenient with no traffic issues. Cultural programs and cooperative residents enhance community spirit. Elevators are installed for convenience.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is subpar. amenities like the swimming pool and water treatment plant are poorly maintained. Construction quality issues like water leakage, dampness, and wetness affect comfort and durability, posing long-term concerns for residents' satisfaction and safety.

Good things here
The connectivity here is fantastic, with everything except the metro being close by and easily accessible. I love the variety of amenities - the badminton court, steam room, and pool are particular favorites. It's wonderful living in this tight-knit small community.
Things need improvement
The absence of a nearby metro station is the only downside I can think of. It would make commuting even more convenient. But honestly, this is a minor issue given how great everything else is in our cozy community.

Orchid is a completed project of Vajram and it's well within the city, and not as far as Devenhanhalli. The project has very spacious villas and it is a calm place to live in. The houses are built like resorts.

The layout of the villas is decent. It is close to the highway. There is an active railway line nearby. However, the sound of the passing trains is a little bit annoying for the residents.

The villas in Vajram Orchid are cosy and secure and I think the rent options for the villas are excellent. The real estate agents and staff are quite responsive too. Overall, my experience is good.

The infrastructure is good and Vajram Orchid is strategically located near markets, hospitals, grocery stores, and malls. There are several options for public transport and cabs and autos are easily available as well.

The society is very well-maintained by the staff, and it has an excellent club house. Since it is a gated community, safety is not a concern. The roads are wide with ample parking space.

The location of Vajram Orchid is excellent, and the society is peaceful and there is a lot of greenery with landscape gardens and tees. It is an ideal place for both families and bachelors.
