Having nearby shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants adds to the convenience of daily life. the society is well-maintained and kept clean, with timely garbage collection and proper hygiene practices in place. The absence of issues like waterlogging, mobile network problems, and stray dog issues further contribute to the overall comfort and tranquility of living there. The presence of CCTV cameras, friendly security guards, and functional lifts enhances the sense of safety and security for residents. Additionally, the good construction quality of the society ensures that common issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are not encountered. Having facilities like parks, clubhouses, and play areas for kids within the society offers ample opportunities for recreation and socializing. The sense of community spirit among residents, demonstrated through the celebration of cultural festivals and events together, fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Traffic issues can be a concern. Congestion around the area can lead to delays and inconvenience for residents, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool and gym may be disappointing for residents who value these amenities for leisure and fitness activities.

The society was in good condition, with no water problems or leaks. Easy access to transportation, such as buses, autos, and taxis, was convenient for everyone, especially those commuting to work daily. They effectively handled water supply and waste management. Nearby, there were accessible grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Parking options were ample, and there was a spacious park for children to enjoy. The residents were known for their friendliness and hospitality. Both the CCTVs and elevators were operational and in good shape. Communication and internet services were consistently reliable. Overall, it was a well-rounded and comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
There was no need for any improvement as everything was good and well-maintained. Access was easy, and people were also helpful and kind in nature. The CCTV and elevators were also good, and security was top-notch.

The area flaunted flawless maintenance, free from any water-related hiccups. Getting around was a cinch, thanks to the abundance of buses, autos, and taxis at hand. Connectivity, especially for daily commuters, was superb. Management of water supply and waste was handled with efficiency. Nearby, one could effortlessly find grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. There was no shortage of parking spaces, and a spacious park offered ample space for children to play. The residents radiated warmth and hospitality. Surveillance via CCTV and elevator operations met expectations. Communication and internet services remained consistently dependable.
Things need improvement
There was nothing to improve but only. the amenities like clubhouse and gyms should be included in the society. Otherwise everything was okay. People was also cooperative and friendly.

I am extremely pleased with my living experience in this society. The connectivity is excellent, making commuting effortless. The maintenance services are top-notch, ensuring everything is in perfect condition. The construction quality is impressive, with only minor issues that are typical in any society. The amenities available are fantastic

While the society excels in many areas, there are some minor issues with the construction that could be addressed. Despite the excellent maintenance, occasional hiccups do occur, which can be a bit inconvenient. Although the amenities are great, a bit more variety would enhance the overall living experience

Good things here
Around the society, ample auto-rickshaws and buses are available, and the roads outside are well-maintained. Water is accessible 24/7. Flats have no issues with leakage or seepage, and ventilation is good. Festivals are celebrated enthusiastically.
Things need improvement
The society lacks cleanliness and modern amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids. Residents tend to keep to themselves, resulting in minimal interaction among them.

Auto,cabs are easily available near by the society.ALl the modern amenities are present in the society and tenants are not charged extra to use any of the facilities.Attentive managing committee to resolve issues in the apartments.Full power back up facilities are given to the residents.High security system all the areas are coverd with cctv and proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.
Things need improvement
Parking area of the apartment is not that spacious every unit has 1 allocated parking and even visitors parking is outside the apartment.

Pune Mumbai highway is just 1.5km away from the society. bus stop is near to the society autos and cabs easily available market is just walkable distance from the society, no leakage or seepage issue,
Things need improvement
There is no meter for drinking water they should install that it would be more convenient.

Good things here
Auto,cabs are easy to approach near by the society.High security system as women safety has been priorities and there are cctv and security gaurds available in the society.Allocated parking space is available in the society for owners and visitors.Garbage collection is done time to time in the society.Society is neat,clean and well maintained.
Things need improvement
There is only few amenities in the society like play fround ,club house,gym only.There is no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with availability of cabs, buses and autos nearby. Hospitals and schools are also available nearby. Maintenance is fine with timely disposal of waste and garbage. Construction quality is fine as renovations has been done recently, thus no seepage issues exist. People are friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all the festivals together.
Things need improvement
We don't have a metro station close by in our neighborhood. Also, there is no gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse available for everyone. It would be nice to have these facilities because then we could travel by metro easily and have places to exercise, swim, and gather together.
