Good things here
Most things in the society are really good. The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs. Maintenance is handled well, and the construction quality is solid. All the amenities are available and in good condition. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Security is reliable, with no issues regarding CCTV, parking or stray dogs.
Things need improvement
There is a problem with leakage in the corridors. This can be very annoying and needs to be fixed. Other than that, everything else is great in society, and I have no issues at all.

Good things here
All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. People are cooperative, and the society is clean. Auto rickshaws are available near the society.
Things need improvement
The metro is a bit far away. There is a problem with water supply during summers, and the society has to arrange for tankers. I had to get the electric wiring fixed as some rodents had chewed through it.

The community is known for its friendly and cooperative nature, with neighbors who come together to celebrate each festival, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, ensuring ease of movement within the buildings. Security is a top priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents. Overall, the facilities in our society are designed to offer a high standard of living and foster a strong sense of community among all who live here.

There are several aspects of our society that need improvement. Firstly, the construction quality is poor, which affects the overall living experience. Additionally, there are no amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool, which limits recreational activities for residents. The plaster and fittings throughout the buildings are of poor quality, which further detracts from the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the apartments. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the quality of life in our society.

The construction quality of the society was good during the time I lived there. There were no issues with seepage or water leakage. Additionally, the maintenance of the society was very good; it remained clean, and everything was well-maintained. The residents were also friendly and came together to celebrate�festivals.
Things need improvement
During the time I lived there, I observed that the roads around the society were not in good condition; they were mostly of poor quality and often remained broken. Additionally, there were no basic amenities available within the society, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or garden. Moreover, there were frequent issues with water supply; water was not supplied�on�time.

The maintenance services of the society are good; garbage collection and other services are carried out on time, and the lifts are properly maintained. Additionally, the people in the society are quite nice; they celebrate festivals together and cooperative.

The connectivity of society is very poor because the roads are of extremely low quality, there is no drainage solution, and water facilities are also not available. Additionally, the construction quality is very poor due to the use of low-quality materials; plaster tends to come off, and there are frequent issues with seepage. Basic amenities are also lacking in the society; there is no gym, swimming pool, club house, or any other facilities apart�from�a�garden.

Transportation connectivity is satisfactory. Schools and hospitals are available nearby. Maintenance quality is perfect with regular water supply and hygiene. There are proper balconies provided. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Security guards are also present. Amenities like parking area and play area for kids are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative, they celebrate all festivals together
Things need improvement
Water logging issues on roads exist in rainy seasons. Construction quality is quite poor, with bad plaster and fittings quality. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not available.
