Good things here
The connectivity is excellent. Everything you need, like hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport, is conveniently within 1 kilometer. The property has underground parking and indoor games. The maintenance fee is 6000 Rs. Even though the property is 9 years old, the construction is still good, and there is no pollution or traffic.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse.
