This neighborhood is fantastic. hospital and a local market within 1 km, making life convenient. Plus, there are amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool for residents to enjoy. The construction quality is excellent, and there's covered parking available. The residents are friendly, and the location is great, with lots of greenery and a clean, well-maintained environment.

See most things are okay with this project. The only thing could be the distance to the airport. It will take you some time. But otherwise, the locality and other things appear absolutely fine and the project is good in terms of the livability angle.

The amenities include a gym, a swimming pool, a play area for children, a clubhouse, a jogging track, power backup, rainwater harvesting, gardens, and car parking. The whole layout is Vastu friendly. I just booked an apartment. Excited to move in.

I just moved in and love the environment. The green beds on both sides offer a wonderful view. The connectivity is quite good considering how close the FNB expressway is. The prices are also decent if you look at the facilities provided, a thumbs up from me.
