Within the community, the infrastructure is top-notch. Roads are well-maintained, streetlights ensure safety at night, and ample parking space alleviates any parking concerns. Maintenance is a priority, with daily cleaning routines and regular garbage collection, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Essential services like water and power supply are available round the clock, providing residents with uninterrupted access. Elevators are in proper working condition, ensuring ease of mobility for all residents. Construction standards are high, with no issues like seepages, ensuring durability and comfort for all residents.
Things need improvement
The community boasts excellent amenities and infrastructure, but outside roads require improvement. Despite this, residents enjoy a vibrant cultural scene and convenient access to essential services.

Good things here
There are no issues with leakage or cracks anywhere in the society; the building is very strong. The cleanliness is also good, and CCTV and security are active all the time. Neighbors are helpful; they assist and support each other during problems.
Things need improvement
People in the society have no problems at all. All the necessary facilities are available, and everything they need is nearby. The residents are satisfied and find living here very convenient.

Sterling Ascentia offers spacious living! Due to the spacious apartment sizes, I want to invest in a 3bhk herev. It's the perfect combination of comfort and elegance.

everything is nice about this place only , just the heat in Bangalore for couple of months makes it a little tough , but i guess everyone is suffering from it !

Sterling Ascentia was one of my top choices due to its exceptional location close to the ring road and surrounding by greenery

Due to located near ring road sometimes it feels to busy and noisy but compared to others this is a nice place.
