Karan Suncoast has beautiful apartments with great views of the road from the balcony. Most of the needed amenities are provided by the builder. The flats are of a decent size and the lift provided is a little too small.

We have been living here for some time now and love everything about it. It is close to the markets and also to the offices. The amenities provided include a park, kids play area, good security and an amphitheatre as well.

It provides plenty of open area for morning and evening strolls. Because of its location, it provides a lovely view, especially during the rainy season. Each apartment has a large terrace.

The residential society of Karan Suncoast is pretty decent with good neighbours. Basic amenities are provided along with good water supply and security. It is also close to shops and vegetable markets.

Karan Suncoast is just 20 minutes away from the IT offices and has some good amenities and spacious flats. The construction quality is really good and the flat was delivered before time.
