Good things here
This was road touch property and connected to highway so the connectivity was the best and easily approachable to anything. 24/7 water and electricity supply available in the society. High security system as there are gaurds on each entrance and cctv in every area of the apartment. Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors. All the festivals were celebrated in the society and people were really good and coperative.
Things need improvement
Build quality was just pathatic as all the flats were facing leakage ,seepage and cracked tiles issues in the apartment. Builder had not delivered any of the amenities in the society even after the many years.

A nice residential environment If you're seeking for a quiet area in the heart of Pune. It is orderly and pleasant here. Choices for public transportation are excellent. The project gains from the simplicity of getting electricity.
