Good things here
On the highway, close to schools, hospitals, close by to Magarpatta & SP info city. Very well surrounded by trees have good green cover and shade. Agriculture market to buy fresh produce from farmers.

Things need improvement
No traffic signal to cross the road. Traffic congestion during agriculture market timings. No club house to use.
