During rains, there may be issues with water storage. Visitor parking is unavailable, and maintenance charges are slightly high. Additionally, rents are higher compared to nearby localities.

With six wings of 18 floors each, ground parking is available as well. The surrounding area is peaceful, with no issues of water or electricity cuts. Additionally, a large playground is under construction, promising to be the biggest in the area. Gym facilities are also available. Nearby amenities include a hospital, Cinemax, and R.T.O office, along with schools easily accessible for children.

The most significant disappointment with the society is the flooding of water during the rainy season, causing issues with parking and the functioning of battery backup systems.

Cancelling a flat could result in zero cooperation and a prolonged period of financial loss, with potential complications related to GST and TDS. It's essential to carefully consider before investing in this property.
