connectivity, mandir, community centre and etc is ok, there nothing to say about because people have not started living yet.

The best part about this place is how easy it is to get to IT hubs, malls, and hospitals. Plus, they keep everything in good shape with regular maintenance, and the charges are fair.

The connectivity here. It's easy to reach malls, hospitals, and commercial places. Public transport availability is good, and there's low traffic in the area. The social life is engaging too, with inclusive celebrations.

Good things here

Living here is great because it's so easy to get to malls, hospitals, and markets. It really makes my day-to-day life a lot smoother. Plus, the amenities in the project are pretty good, so it's comfortable and enjoyable to live here.

Things need improvement

It's been a bit of a struggle with the delayed possession � definitely frustrating and inconvenient. And to make matters worse, it's been tough getting any response from the builder, and the customer service hasn't been great either. Plus, there are worries about the construction quality, especially with the thin inner walls � not sure how durable they'll be in the long haul.

Good things here

It was great living there as an ex-tenant, mainly because of the fantastic connectivity to malls, hospitals, and markets. Having parks and restaurants nearby was also a big bonus for me.

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks as well. The delayed possession and the builder's lack of clear communication were major concerns. Dealing with poor customer service and unanswered queries only added to the frustration.
