Our amenities include a gym and children�s play area, contributing to a balanced lifestyle. Maintenance is excellent with daily cleaning and efficient garbage collection services. We have reliable water supply and well-maintained lifts. Construction-wise, we've experienced no issues, and the rooms are well-ventilated. The surrounding community is known for its friendly and helpful residents, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of our neighborhood.

Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facility is very good, and there is power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. People are very friendly in the society. Every maintenance issue is attended to promptly. Shops are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Facilities like a grocery store, supermarket, and vegetable stands are available within walking distance. People are very considerate in the society, and every maintenance service is excellent.
Construction quality is poor; there are some minor cracks in the buildings. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available in the society. There is no metro nearby, which is inconvenient.

The neighbors here are really nice, friendly, and humble, which makes for a great community. The connectivity is good, with schools, hospitals, and markets, including a nearby D Mart store. The garbage collection is excellent, with proper wet and dry segregation. Since it's an independent house society, we have our own parking. The construction quality is top-notch with no issues of seepage or termites, and the ventilation is proper. The carpet area is also quite good.
There are some issues with getting autorickshaws since the main road is a bit far, and they are only available from there, though cabs do come to the society gate. We don't have a municipal water supply connection, so we have to use borewell water. There's also water logging whenever it rains. Additionally, there are no amenities in the society, not even a garden. Other than these points, I don't have any issues.
