In our society, the sense of community is strong, with friendly neighbors who come together to celebrate festivals, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Safety is ensured with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard on duty. Connectivity is excellent, with various public transport options available, including buses, autos, cabs, and a conveniently located metro station within walking distance. The well-maintained roads further enhance travel convenience. We also benefit from regular garbage collection services, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Nearby, essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are easily accessible, simplifying daily tasks. Residents enjoy designated parking spaces, and rules are followed to maintain order and efficiency. Elevators are installed and well-maintained for convenient access to all floors. Moreover, our homes are constructed with excellent quality, featuring proper ventilation, high-quality plaster, and fittings. There are no issues of seepage or termite infestation. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and kept in top condition, adding to our comfort and enjoyment.

Things need improvement

Each resident has designated parking, with rules in place to ensure orderliness and convenience. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. Things need improvement

Public transport is not easily available due to the extensive construction work around the area, making commuting difficult. There is no power backup, and the water supply is not available 24/7, which can be quite inconvenient. Additionally, although the neighbors are generally friendly, they sometimes engage in frequent fights, which can be disruptive. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the living experience in the society.

Good things here

Transportation was good as all public transport like autos and rickshaws were available near the society. Local shops, grocery stores, and vegetable markets were nearby. All festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated together.

Things need improvement

There was basement parking available in the society, but during the rainy season, there was a problem of waterlogging in the basement. Maintenance of the society was poor; cleaning was not done properly. Facilities like lifts and CCTV were not well-maintained. The construction quality was average, nothing special. There were no amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden in the society. There was a gym available, but it was closed and not operational.

Safety of the society ensured even during nighttime due to the favorable area conditions.

Maintenance charges are perceived as expensive. Occasional seepage and leakage issues occur in the society due to average construction quality. Cracks are visible in balconies, indicating maintenance issues. Unsatisfactory maintenance standards lead to cleanliness concerns within the society. Garbage collection delays contribute to hygiene issues. Roads are not adequately cleaned, affecting overall cleanliness. Lack of a swimming pool facility within the society.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory, with availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water logging or supply issues. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. There's also a play area. Paintings are done timely. CCTVs and Elevators are installed and well maintained The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative. It's one of the best locations in Mumbai.

Build quality is poor as there is lots of leakage issues and that too has to be fixed by tenants only and there is no help from committee and owner of the flat. Kids play area is quite small according to the residents. Swimming pool does noy have temperature control so that is accessible during summers only. visitors parking is not available in the society.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available in the society for all appartments. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
