Ventilation is good, and the society has 24/7 water and electricity. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained. Society maintenance is excellent, with a focus on hygiene and separate collection of dry and wet waste. Issues are promptly resolved, and the road quality outside prevents waterlogging with functional street lights. Allotted parking is available, and neighbors are friendly, celebrating events and festivals together while following pet-related rules.
Frequent seepage and leakage affect our living spaces' aesthetics and can pose health hazards. Substandard bathroom fittings add to discomfort. Access to public transportation and nearby amenities like markets, schools, and restaurants is essential but lacking. The absence of CCTV cameras on all floors raises security concerns, and high maintenance charges, coupled with increased cleaning needs, strain residents financially.

Residents have access to these amenities, which is a great perk. Seepage and leakage issues are rare occurrences in the society, happening infrequently. Additionally, while not exceptional, the garbage collection service is satisfactory, ensuring decent cleanliness levels within the community.
Even after communication, the service quality didn't meet expectations, highlighting the need for improvement. The absence of a clubhouse might limit residents' social and recreational options. Additionally, connectivity to the market area is subpar, often requiring residents to wait and walk, which can be inconvenient.

The lifts are not in great condition, which may cause inconvenience for residents. While your house is unaffected, the presence of these issues in other flats can be concerning.

I have access to amenities like the swimming pool and gym area. Fortunately, our society is free from seepage and leakage issues, which is a big relief. Maintenance here is decent, and I find it manageable. The neighborhood is very friendly, creating a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.
The maintenance in our society is not up to the expected standard. The service is not proactive, which can lead to delays in addressing issues. There are also cleanliness maintenance issues that need improvement.

Garbage collection and management of power cuts are handled by the society. Connectivity through auto-rickshaws is readily available. There are no seepage or leakage issues in the building. Although there's CCTV surveillance in the lifts, its functionality is uncertain. Additionally, there's a parking allotment system in place.

Auto rickshaws were conveniently available near the society, ensuring easy transportation. With a continuous water supply and well-maintained modern amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool, residents enjoyed a comfortable lifestyle. The cooperative nature of the people, along with their acceptance of bachelors, contributed to a harmonious community atmosphere. Flats were designed with proper ventilation, sunlight, and balconies for added comfort. Parking facilities were provided for visitors, and nearby malls and restaurants within a 200-meter walking distance added to the convenience. The society upheld cleanliness standards, enhancing the overall living experience.
The airport and railway station weren't conveniently close, taking about 40-45 minutes to reach the airport. Additionally, there was a slight traffic issue near the society, which could cause minor delays in commuting.

The society boasts good security measures. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Regular upgrades are carried out within the community. Residents have access to amenities like a swimming pool and gym.
Connectivity is poor, and the market area is far away. There's a shortage of parking space, forcing everyone to park in open areas, leading to chaos.

The society had a local railway station nearby, and auto-rickshaws and buses were easily available. Hospitals were also situated close to the society. The roads outside the society were well-maintained. Separate parking facilities were provided for visitors, and the residents were friendly. Pets were allowed in the society. Flats had proper ventilation, allowing sunlight to enter. The society was clean, and water supply was available 24/7. Issues were resolved promptly, making the society peaceful. Garbage collection was conducted daily. Maintenance charges were in line with Mumbai standards. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained.
The malls were not within walking distance of the society, nor were they within 1 km. There was heavy traffic in the vicinity. there were some cracks and seepage in the walls.

Society is just on main road so can get everything on just 2 min walking distance whether essentials,public tranport or local transport. All the modern amenities are available in the society and everything is fully functional and well maintained. Build quality is strong and steady as there are no issues regarding anything. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. Society is safe,secure and neat and clean to live. maintenace charges are reasonable in the society.
Roads outside the society are of poor quality and lots of construction work is going on which is very much disturbing and unmanagable during peak hours.

The neighborhood is super friendly and helpful. Easy connectivity as in auto-rickshaws are readily available. Smooth road traffic: Traffic on the road isn't a concern. There's a swimming pool available. Maintenance office do revert back
There is little issue with garbage collection whcih at time causes problem. Miantennace is nto upto the mark and when it is being put up the problems are not resolved or reverted back quickly. There is an issue of seepagae and aleakage whcih enevr got solved
