Good things here
The society is exceptionally well-connected with both local and public transport options. It boasts modern amenities and excellent build quality. The managing committee is attentive in resolving issues, and the society is consistently neat, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, noise-proof, and well-isolated, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
Based on my living experience, it was one of the best societies to stay in, and I didn't experience any discomfort or dislikes during my time there.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Malls is not nearby the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society but it is taken care of by the management.

connectivity is good like auto cabs are available easily and even though railway station is near by society .allocated parking was there for resident and visitors.amenities was great and well maintained.society was neat and clean
Things need improvement
The construction quality of society is not upto the mark. There is a lots of seepage problem inside the units.

Good things here
24/7 water supply and electricity is available . amenities are top notch . time to time painting is done,society is very neat clean and hygenic. parking space is given for residence and visitors.
Things need improvement
Bachlores are not allowed in the society for renting purpose . repairing and painting work is going on in the society,ealier there was water supply issue for 3 days but commitee has aranged tanker for the resident.

Good things here
The railway station within walking distance, with readily available cabs and autos. Additionally, the maintenance of the apartment is commendable, maintaining a neat, clean, and hygienic environment.
Things need improvement
The clubhouse and swimming pool are currently not operational. Although previous residents faced leakage issues, those seem to have been resolved. However, there are ongoing problems with power cuts.

Good things here
Railway station just 200 meters away which the best part of the society .all the residence are very well-behaved and all the festivals are celebrated all together.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in the society, even kids play area is so small, clubhouse is not maintained. Lots of parking issues are there.

As such i dont feel anything that should be upgrade or changes everything seems perfect here because of that our living experience becomes wonderful

Crowd of the people is a bit nice and atmosphere is good here, garden area is beautiful

Society does not have any amenities and society is in very poor condition, construction quality is so bad in the apartments.maintenance is so poor.

Good things here
Quality of the construion is good as there are no construction defect in the society. time to renovation and painting done in the society. High security system senior citizen safety has been priorities in the society. All the amenities are present in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area in the society. Overall the society really good and overall living experience in the society is excellent and we feel secure in the society.
Things need improvement
Railway station is far away from the society but there is bus facilities near by the society. Power back up facilities are not available in the society.
