Good things here
Auto and cab services are easily available, parking is sufficient, roads are of good quality, garbage is segregated and disposed of properly, the lift is well-maintained, painting is done on time, there is power backup, ventilation is good, amenities are satisfactory, and the people in the community are cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, evidenced by widespread leakage and cracks throughout the society, which is a significant issue affecting residents' satisfaction and safety.

Good connectivity with public transport options nearby, convenient access to local amenities, well-maintained roads and street lights, and effective maintenance of essential facilities like elevators and CCTV cameras. The absence of water logging issues due to a good drainage system is also a significant benefit.
Things need improvement
Society has dealt with a few issues such as a basement smell, past summer water supply problems, slightly higher maintenance charges, and previous concerns with termite and seepage that were resolved promptly. Additionally, there is a noise issue coming from the top floor that can be irritating at times.
