Good things here
I love the amenities provided at this location! With sorted garbage collection, reliable power backup, and easy access to public transportation, it's incredibly convenient. The presence of a nearby hospital and highway within a few kilometers is reassuring, ensuring safety and accessibility. Moreover, the absence of seepage and leakage issues speaks volumes about the maintenance standards. Plus, with swimming pools and a gym available, it's like having a resort experience
Things need improvement
While the amenities offered here are impressive, there's a slight concern about over-reliance on lifts, especially if there are any maintenance issues or breakdowns. Although CCTV surveillance is provided in three lifts, it would be ideal to have more options for mobility within the complex. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive aspects of the property.

Good things here
The society boasts a fantastic play area for kids, ample parking for residents, and is overall well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The main problem in this community is frequent leaks caused by inadequate plastering, improper painting, and overall poor construction quality.
