The people are friendly and communicate well with each other. Connectivity-wise, within 2 km, there are bus stops, petrol bunks, grocery stores, and schools. The road condition is good, with functioning street lights and ample parking space. Maintenance includes proper cleaning of floors and timely garbage collection. Water and power supply are reliable, and lift maintenance is well-handled. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available.
The amenities in their society are not well-maintained, showing signs of neglect and requiring attention to improve their functionality and appeal to residents.

The society has daily garbage collection and efficient housekeeping staff. Autos and buses are easily available from the society. All modern amenities are present. The residents are decent and celebrate festivals together. There are no traffic issues near the society, and the roads nearby are well-maintained.
There is no metro station near the society; one has to go to the airport to catch the metro, which is about 20 minutes away by auto. During summers, sometimes tankers have to be called for water supply in the society.

Connectivity is excellent with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations nearby. Amenities like the garden, children's play area, and gym are well-kept and enjoyable. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, complemented by good CCTV coverage and strong security measures. Parking, including guest parking, is ample and convenient. Maintenance is top-notch; the lifts run smoothly, and cleaning and garbage collection are always on schedule. Construction seems solid without any visible issues like cracks or leaks.
Everything about my current place is just right. And I'm very satisfied with the seamless connectivity, efficient maintenance, sturdy construction, enjoyable amenities, and safe and pleasant neighbourhood atmosphere.

The apartment has almost all the amenities. The gym is well-maintained, and there are no issues with construction. The neighbourhood is friendly as well. CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, and stray dogs are all great. Connectivity is amazing with Ola and Uber not cancelling bookings and the airport railway station is nearby. Everything else is great, and the place is generally well-kept.
The garbage collection team collects the trash and leaves it in one corner of the apartment. The municipality doesn't come to collect it, which leads to problems with snakes, rats, and cockroaches. This is a big issue.

Maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately _3500 per month. Nearby hospitals within a 1-2 km radius provide quick access to emergency healthcare services, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of living in the estate.
The society does not offer amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or kids' play area. Additionally, there is no provision for visitor parking within the estate.

The metro station is conveniently located within walking distance from the society. Connectivity with cabs and autos via Ola and Uber is easily accessible. Overall, the society offers a comfortable and well-maintained living environment with reliable security and convenient amenities.
There is no swimming pool in the society. Visitor parking is very limited, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there are traffic issues around the society, causing inconvenience for residents.

Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are very spacious, and there is visitor parking available in the society. Security in the society is very good. Hospitals are available nearby, which is very convenient. We can celebrate all the festivals in the society, and it is very enjoyable. Road quality in the society is very good.
Connectivity is not good in the society. The swimming pool is closed. The construction quality is poor, and the builder is not reliable. In the flat, the switch boxes are peeling out from the wall, which is very inconvenient. In the kitchen, the cabinets are not of good quality, and the materials used are very inconvenient.

Festivals were celebrated together by all the residents, who were friendly. Autos were easily available near the society. Cleanliness was maintained, and water was available 24/7. The lifts in the society were well-maintained.
The society did not have modern amenities like walking tracks, a gym, a swimming pool, or a garden. The roads outside the society were not well-maintained. There were also some issues with leakage and seepage in the flat.

I used to stay there 1. 5 years ago. Living there was great. Ola and Uber do not cancel rides, and railway stations and airports are not far away. There were no issues with maintenance, as everything was well taken care of. The construction was solid with no problems like seepage, leakage, cracks, ventilation, or termites. We have all the amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouses, and they are in perfect condition. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe.
The only issue I faced was that parcels were not allowed to come to the doorstep, and we had to go to the gate to pick them up. This was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was good.

Traffic issues arise in the society particularly after 5 pm, adding to commuting challenges for residents. The railway station is situated a considerable distance away from the society, approximately 15 kilometers, further complicating transportation options for residents.
