The housing society offers decent connectivity, making it possible for residents to access nearby areas and essential services without major inconvenience. While not exceptional, the connectivity ensures basic commuting needs are met. Maintenance efforts are noticeable, with common areas generally well-kept and functional, contributing to a satisfactory living environment. Construction quality is a strong point, providing residents with sturdy and reliable homes that offer comfort and security. The society also provides some amenities, albeit basic, which fulfill essential needs such as parks and shops. Social life within the community is moderate, with occasional events and gatherings that allow residents to interact and foster a sense of community.
Things need improvement
There are several areas where the housing society could improve. Connectivity could be enhanced further to provide better access to transportation options and improve commuting efficiency. Maintenance, while visible, may lack consistency in ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of shared spaces, which can affect residents' overall satisfaction. Amenities provided are minimal and may not fully cater to diverse resident needs, limiting convenience and comfort. Good things here
I used to live there in 2020 and I did not faced any issue there as the public transport was easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. The location was in a good locality with no seepage or termite issues. Each resident had designated parking and there was regular electricity and water supply. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse were available and well-maintained. CCTV cameras and security guards were also present whole time.
Things need improvement
The only reason I had to sell that apartment was because there was a nearby talab that emitted a very foul smell, just because of that issue I had to sell my apartment and shift to a new apartment.

The society suffers from poor maintenance, with issues like dog waste not being managed and extra charges imposed on tenants for clubhouse usage. Construction quality is subpar, with frequent leakage problems. Additionally, the social environment isn't very welcoming towards tenants, impacting the overall living experience

The society is truly a delight. The neighbors here are not just friendly but also genuinely caring, creating a sense of warmth and community that makes this place feel like home. With CCTV cameras and security guards available round-the-clock, safety and security are never a concern. The connectivity here is excellent, with easy access to public transportation options like buses, autos, and cabs, making commuting a breeze. The roads are well-maintained, ensuring smooth travel. Moreover, the regular garbage collection service, with segregation of wet and dry waste, contributes to a clean and hygienic environment. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience of everyday living. Each resident enjoys designated parking, and the elevators are reliably maintained. Additionally, the uninterrupted electricity and water supply, coupled with excellent construction quality and proper ventilation, ensure a comfortable living experience.

While occasional seepage issues may arise, they are promptly addressed by the diligent maintenance team. Overall, the society offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and community

Additionally, spacious parking is allocated with each unit in the apartment, adding to residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the apartment is subpar, with persistent issues of leakage and seepage that have not been effectively resolved by the managing committee despite multiple attempts. Additionally, the maintenance of amenities is lacking and requires improvement.

Ample parking space is provided for both owners and visitors, adding to the convenience of living in the society.

The construction quality of the society is compromised, likely due to its location in an open area with higher humidity levels, resulting in seepage issues. Improving the maintenance of amenities could enhance the overall living experience for residents.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Water supply is good in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
The people in the society makes the society dirty, specially the tenents in the society makes the society dirty by throwing food wastes inside the society premises. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Walking tracks in the society remains dirty and is not cleaned on time.

Good things here
Society celebrate ganpati festival in very grand level. also they arrange yearly sport tournament ,parties and also celebrate other festivals. metro is near by. market area , schools colleges are also near by. autos and cabs are easily available. I live on rent.
Things need improvement
There are extra charges for facilities like club house or banquet hall for the residents. though they pay maintenance,no free access for them. there is seepage issue since beginning which is still not resolved. there is flush problem in the bathroom.

Good things here
Auto,cabs are available near by the society even there is metro and bus stop around the society. Society has beautiful premises and surrounding which is quite peaceful in this busy life. All the modern amenities are available in the society eveything is well maintained. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society. High security system is available like there is cctv in all the areas.
Things need improvement
Build quality was pathatic there are frequent leakage and seepage issue in the society which is managed by managing committe everytime. Railway station is around 5km away from the society.

The place is well connected to the major roads of the city which I find very beneficial. My father is an employee of an industry that is just a few km away from that place. This location provides many useful factors like some famous schools, super-specialty hospitals, banks, shopping malls, drug stores are very close to my location. My school is also close by. And the transportation system of this place is quite good. So I have decided to choose this place also because of its location benefits.
