Living in this society has been a pleasant experience for me. The road quality is clean and well-maintained, and functional street lights ensure safety, especially at night. I appreciate the convenient connectivity, with public transport options like auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs readily available outside the society. Parking is not an issue here, as there is a good amount of space available, and residents follow parking rules diligently. The maintenance of the society is excellent, with cleanliness and hygiene being properly maintained. Timely garbage collection and pest control contribute to a clean and healthy environment. I'm pleased with the uninterrupted water and electricity supply, and I haven't faced any water logging issues, thanks to the efficient drainage system in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, with good ventilation and no seepage or leakage problems. The amenities provided, such as the gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids, are well-maintained and add to the overall quality of life here. The community spirit is strong, with cultural festivals and events celebrated together, fostering a sense of unity among residents. With the presence of CCTV cameras and functional lifts, safety and security are prioritized, and any issues that arise are promptly addressed and resolved by the society.
Things need improvement
Living in this society has its challenges, particularly with regards to transportation and water quality. The distance to the metro station may inconvenience residents who rely on public transport, making commuting more difficult and time-consuming. Furthermore, the water quality in the society is subpar, as it is hard water.

I'm fortunate to have easy access to various modes of public transportation such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside the society, making connectivity incredibly convenient. Market areas, schools, and restaurants are all within a 50-meter radius of the society, enhancing accessibility for residents. Ample parking space is allotted to all residents, ensuring hassle-free parking arrangements. The roads and street lights around the society are well-maintained, adding to the overall safety and convenience of the area. The construction quality within the society is commendable, with no reported issues of seepage or leakage. Plaster and fittings are of high quality. Residents experience no issues with water supply or electricity, and the water quality is consistently good. The society is properly maintained, with regular garbage collection conducted on time, and dry and wet waste are collected separately. Various facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available within the society. Residents are friendly and cooperative, fostering a harmonious community atmosphere, and there are no pet-related issues within the society. CCTV cameras are functional, enhancing security measures within the society. Elevators are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
I've noticed that being in a corner direction, my flat experiences less ventilation. The gym, unfortunately, is not in the best shape, which could affect the quality of workouts for residents. Additionally, it's worth noting that the society has a policy of not allowing bachelors to stay.

The connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. There are Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Good amount of parking space is available and residents follows all parking rules. The society is very new. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society as it is new. Fortunately we did not face Seepage and leakage issues as such. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society, People staying in the society are mixed but friendly and copperative people are around. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Any issues that's pointed gets resolved on time by the society.
Things need improvement
Traffic issues happen a lot, the approach roads are not good. Metro station is far from the society. Sometimes water supply is an issue as the society has got tankers for water supply. Power backup is only for the common areas.

The construction quality of the buildings is praised, with no reported issues of seepage, leakage, or fitting problems. Proper ventilation is ensured in all rooms, contributing to residents' comfort and well-being. The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with public transport options such as auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs readily available within walking distance. Elevators are installed in all towers, and CCTV cameras are properly installed throughout the society, enhancing security measures. Moreover, sufficient parking space is provided, with parking rules implemented to manage the parking area effectively.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there is a water supply issues that is a concern. Also water logging issues prevail as there is a canal in front of the society. I want the canal to be closed near the society as it creates a lot of issues, bad smell also comes from there. There are no metro station nearby the society. There are random power cuts in the society due to some sort of issues and there is no power backup available in the society.

Proper ventilation in all the rooms adds to my comfort. I appreciate the connectivity of the society, with public transport easily accessible just a short walk away. It's convenient to have grocery stores and markets nearby. The presence of elevators in all the towers, along with proper maintenance, ensures smooth accessibility within the buildings. Security is paramount, and I'm reassured by the proper installation of CCTV cameras throughout the society. Additionally, there are no drainage issues in my flat, and I'm thankful for the 24/7 availability of water and electricity. One aspect I particularly cherish is that the society is pet-friendly.

The absence of a nearby metro station is indeed a notable aspect to consider. There are no other issues that I have faced in the society that needs any improvement.

Good things here
There are schools and Hospitals near by the society,auto and cabs are easy to approach near by the society. Quality of the construction is good as tehre are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. Amenities are big plus n this society as there are swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and eveything is operational. High security system in the society ,all the areas are under cctv survilance. Crowd of the people is also good,they are very friendly and all the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Connection of the power back up facilities has been given to lift and common lights only. bachelor's are no allowed in the society all of residents are family people.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good with easy availability of autos and rickshaws. Society routes were connected to the main road. Schools and colleges were also available nearby. Market areas were available nearby. Maintenance quality was satisfactory with 24 hours water supply. Safety and security was taken care of, and rated as 5/5. Amenities like gym, play area, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Paintings were done timely. The residents used to celebrate all festivals and occasions together. Airport was close by. Hygiene and cleanliness was maintained.
Things need improvement
Power back up facility was only provided for common areas and not for individual apartments. Some seepage and leakage issues existed. The gym was not functional.

Good things here
Connectivity was really good ike local trasport were easily available near by the society even airport was near by the society. Build quality was really good there was no issues regarding seepage. High security system in the society,my gate was there ,time to time cleaning was done in the society. Allocated parking was there in the society for owners and visitors in the society.
Things need improvement
Railway station is far away from the society. Amenities were there in the society like swimmig pool club house gym but tenants has to pay extra charges. power back facilities were not there in the society.

Auto cabs are easily available around the society.high security system and cleaniness is big plus.All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional.allocated parking space for owners and visitors.elevator are properly maintained.
Things need improvement
Some of the apartment faces seepage issues.during rainy season water logging issues are there but that resolves after half and hour.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Drainage system was good Maintainance charges was good and affordable No such major electricity issues was faced. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Balcony was available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Society was very peaceful and spacious. Parking space is available.

The constructuion quality is average,issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Ground parking have some issues, during rainy season water logging issues were seen in the ground parking space. Visitor's parking is very small, only 4 to 5 cars can be parked
