In this society, the best thing is for children, as there are a lot of preschools and international schools in the surrounding area, within a 1 to 2 km radius of the society. The supermarkets are small markets like vegetable and fruit markets that are within walking distance from the society. The availability of autos and cabs is easily accessible. The maintenance features are excellent, as the residents have not faced any complaints regarding maintenance facilities, including cleaning and garbage collection services. The power backup is excellent, and backup options are available not only for common areas but also for individual flats. The maintenance charges are reasonable. There are basic amenities available within the society, such as security guards both during the day and at night, elevators, and good parking options. read more

There is a lack of basic amenities within the society, especially since there is no proper playground and gym facilities available. Additionally, public transportation options are not easily accessible near the society. Furthermore, there are some seepage issues arising from the poor quality of construction. read more

Good things here

I appreciate the excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. The apartments have good plaster and fittings. Public transport is easily available, and the roads are good, with hospitals and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed in the society. There is regular electricity and water supply, and maintenance is carried out regularly. The neighbors are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there is regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation. read more

I used to live there 4 years ago and left during the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, they were in the process of making amenities, but I'm unsure if they have completed them since then. read more

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The water facility is very good compared to other societies. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good, with daily collection and separate collection of wet and dry waste in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society is not good, with some seepage and leakage issues in bedrooms and bath rooms . Additionally, amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are not available in the society. Public transportation is also far from the society, which is inconvenient for residents. read more
