The connectivity here is excellant, with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs, and well-maintained roads that make commuting convenient. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience of daily life. Each resident having designated parking and following rules ensures an organized environment. Proper ventilation, along with regular electricity and water supply, contributes to comfortable living conditions. The very friendly and cooperative neighbours are always ready to help, fostering a supportive community atmosphere. It's reassuring to have elevators that are installed and maintained, as well as CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety. The regular garbage collection with segregation of wet and dry waste is also commendable for maintaining cleanliness.
However, there are several areas of concern. The cleaning of the roads is not up to par. There are issues with pests like rats, snakes, and cockroaches, which need to be addressed promptly for a healthier environment. Additionally, the lack of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse is a drawback. The small and unkempt garden also diminishes the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings.

There are 77 villas, and the surrounding people are friendly, helpful, and interact well. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and hospitals. Street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis, clubhouse, gym, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance includes timely garbage collection and good power backup.
The road condition is poor, and despite having a security system, night-time rounds are not conducted. There are issues with water supply and inadequate cleaning. Many walls have cracks, and amenities are non-functional. High maintenance charges are collected without proper services being provided.

Garbage is consistently picked up on time, with separate collections for dry and wet waste, which promotes cleanliness and hygiene throughout the area. I'm pleased to note that there are no wall cracks or termite issues . The proximity of schools and colleges, particularly VIBGYOR School, makes it incredibly convenient for families with children. Having easily accessible gym and playground facilities enhances our quality of life, promoting both physical fitness and recreation.
Despite everything else being in good condition, the swimming pool is not well maintained. This affects its cleanliness and usability, which is disappointing for residents who rely on it for recreation

The cleanliness here is excellent, making it a joy to come home to. I love that we have access to top-notch amenities like a gym, pool, clubhouse, kids playing area, and well-maintained grounds. Plus, it's wonderful that pets are welcomed and catered to with designated areas for them to enjoy as well.
Despite the overall satisfactory conditions, the persistent leakages in certain areas of the property have been a recurring issue. This not only compromises the aesthetic appeal but also raises concerns about potential water damage and maintenance costs.

Additionally, the metro station is situated approximately 6 kilometers away, enhancing connectivity further. The construction quality is excellent, boasting no seepage or leakage issues, ensuring durability and longevity. Moreover, the nearby lake view adds to the scenic charm of the surroundings. Residents benefit from a plethora of amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool, catering to their recreational and fitness needs.
The major drawback of this society is its water supply. Firstly, there is no Kaveri water supply within the community. During the summer, residents are forced to contend with limited water availability, often relying on management-supplied tankers. Additionally, water meters are installed to measure usage.

The society's security is top-notch, with 24/7 surveillance. Furthermore, the design of the society's buildings ensures good ventilation.
The construction of the society is a bit older so there are occasional leakage problems.
