The excellent connectivity, with easy availability of autos and other transportation options, makes it convenient to get around. Having schools and hospitals nearby adds to the convenience and accessibility of essential services. The presence of good friends and a strong sense of community fosters a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like home. the residents are friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive living experience. The ongoing repainting of the society and ample parking space are additional benefits that contribute to the overall aesthetics and functionality of the community. And of course, having good security adds to the peace of mind of residents.
Things need improvement
The issue of seepage can be concerning as it can lead to various problems such as water damage and mold growth, affecting the overall living conditions. Addressing this issue may require repairs and improvements to the building's infrastructure to prevent further seepage. Additionally, it's disappointing to hear that amenities such as the gym and swimming pool are not maintained well. These facilities are important for residents' recreation and fitness, and it's essential that they are kept in good condition for everyone to enjoy. Furthermore, if the swimming pool is considered small by the society's standards, it may not meet the expectations of residents who value having a larger pool for leisure and relaxation.

Good things here
I've got everything I need within walking distance � malls, markets, supermarkets, and even public transport. Plus, having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area right here in the society makes life so much easier and more enjoyable. It's great that everything is well-maintained too, including the lifts.
Things need improvement
Seepage, leakage, peeling paint, and plaster falling off can definitely be major issues to deal with. It's not just about inconvenience; it can also affect the overall safety and comfort of the living space.

Construction quality kharab tha , seepage and leakage ka issue tha . mobile network ka issue tha . water ka quality bohot hi kharap hai , ye improve hona chahiye . barish me basement me thoda bohot pani bhar jata hai . street dogs ka bhi thoda bohot problem hai .

The society is located near a metro station, ensuring good connectivity. Nearby, all necessary shops remain open 24/7, providing convenience in emergencies. Currently, issues like water leakage or seepage are not significant concerns.
Things need improvement
Both a gym and swimming pool are available, but while the pool is cleaned regularly, the gym lacks adequate equipment and proper cleaning. Once, the entire pipeline burst, causing water to flow out with significant pressure.

All the facilities are there and well maintained. good people are there . friendly environment . connectivity is good.

No metro facilities is there . as such no other issue arises in the society.

Connectivity acggi hai hospital , college , malls society ke pas hai . sare facilities available hai society me .

Seepage and leakage issue hai society me . barish ke season me besment me thoda bohot pani bhar jata hai . pet dogs ki dikkat hoti hai . maintenance like hygiene and cleanliness thoda improve hona chahiye , mobile network is also there .

Good things here
The metro is nearby the society, and auto rickshaws are easily available. Maintenance is fine, with cleanliness being taken care of in the society. There's also parking and a play area available. People in the society are also good.
Things need improvement
Some buildings had issues with seepage, and I am not sure if the swimming pool is operational or not as i dont use the pool. Overall, there are no major issues in the society.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports are easily available outside the society. There are nearby malls, markets, super markets available outside the society. malls are available nearby the society
Things need improvement
The maintainace of the society is average Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available but is very bad to use. gym is very smalll, the equipements doesn't work properly, swimmingpool is not hygienic at all, park is very small and at evening it gets very crowded. Parking is available in the basement but water logging issues are faced a lot for with car can't be parked in the aloted parking space. Drainage system is very bad, water logging issues are faced a lot during rainy season.

Autos and cabs are easily available nearby, with no traffic issues. Maintenance is good, including proper cleaning, water supply, and regular electricity. Construction quality is good, with no seepage or other issues. Security guards are always present. Paintings and whitewashing are done every 7-8 years. Amenities like a gym and swimming pool are available. People living there are good; it's a small community, which helps them maintain coordination and cooperativeness. Shopping complexes are available nearby.
Things need improvement
There might be some network issues faced from particular network provider like Vodafone in some areas.
