Good things here
Having previously lived in Kondapur, I can say it's a great place to call home. It's conveniently located near HITEC City and Gachibowli, with excellent amenities like supermarkets, schools, and hospitals. The area is well-connected, safe, and has reliable electricity and water supply. Plus, there are plenty of local markets and malls for shopping and entertainment. read more

While Kondapur has many positives, there are a few areas for improvement. Traffic congestion during peak hours can make commutes longer. Rapid development has led to construction noise and dust in some areas. Green spaces can be crowded on weekends, and the rising cost of living might be a concern for some residents. read more

Though the place is awesome it too has some negatives present, Traffic is the major issue specially during the peak hours the traffic is too much and you may get burst out of anger. Also the price to buy property are higher than required. Lastly I would say it is the best place to live if you have good amount of money. read more
