Regular garbage collection is efficiently carried out by the society, contributing to a clean environment. I appreciate having both personal vehicle and public transport options available for commuting. It's reassuring to know that proper parking space is allotted to all residents, alleviating parking concerns. The road conditions around the society are excellent, with functional streetlights providing visibility at night. The lifts in the society are functional and properly maintained, ensuring convenience for residents. Moreover, paintings and waterproofing are done on time, enhancing the aesthetics and durability of the buildings. The presence of CCTV cameras ensures security throughout the society, contributing to a safe environment. The drainage system is effective, preventing waterlogging issues. I'm pleased to have well-maintained amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym within the society, all of which are functional and well-kept. The neighborhood is vibrant, with residents coming together to celebrate various events and festivals, fostering a sense of community. Additionally, the convenient connectivity provided by public transport options outside the society makes commuting hassle-free. Thankfully, traffic issues are minimal, contributing to smooth travel in the area. The proximity of market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants further adds to the convenience of living in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is average, and residents occasionally experience issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in their apartments. These issues can be concerning and may require attention to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the buildings.

This society, nestled in the heart of Indirapuram, offers residents the convenience of accessing essential amenities even during late hours. Its prime location between market areas provides easy access to various malls and restaurants nearby. With readily available local transport facilities, residents enjoy enhanced connectivity. The maintenance services are efficient and prompt, ensuring a well-kept environment. All amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids play area, 2 badminton courts, and 1 football court, are well maintained and accessible to residents. The swimming pool is kept clean for residents' enjoyment. Moreover, the residents are generally decent, educated, and from a good social background, contributing to a harmonious community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
In today's world, it's increasingly rare to find a building without seepage or leakage issues, and this building is no exception. Unfortunately, there are seepage and leakage problems throughout the structure, impacting its overall quality, which falls below average. However, it's encouraging to note that when we raise complaints, the maintenance team is actively addressing

The maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with proper cleanliness. The transportation connectivity is good as the society is located in the Central area, with easy availability of public transport and Markets. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. The society is very spacious and have greenery. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available.
Things need improvement
Basement management must be improved, as it's quite unhygienic and has certain cracks. The residents are too much involved in politics related to RWA matters, so it doesn't create a very friendly environment.

Connectivity of the society is very good in the sense that markets and hospitals are near by. every amenity is available within the society like a gym, swimming pool, playground, and clubhouse. the society is well maintained and properly functions in every facility they provide. worth the maintenance fee we pay. location of the society is very good.

Dogs are a bit of an issue in the society, no actions are taken for the same.

Public transportation is easily accessible, with auto rickshaws and cabs readily available. The roads are quite wide, contributing to easy commuting. This society is one of the well-maintained ones in the area. Water and power supply are reliable, and there are no issues with seepage. All amenities such as restaurants, banquet halls, gyms, swimming pools, clubhouses, well-maintained gardens, and jogging/walking tracks are available within the society. Additionally, there is a temple on the premises. Security guards and CCTV cameras ensure a safe environment. The residents are very friendly and include businessmen, professionals working in MNCs, and government employees, indicating a well-educated community. The society is kept clean and tidy.
Things need improvement
The issue of stray dogs is definitely present, and unfortunately, it's challenging to keep them away due to some residents who are pet lovers. Besides this, there are minor issues, but overall, everything else is good in the society.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Malls are available nearby the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. Parking facilities are maintained properly, basement parking is also available. Visitor's parking space is available in the society. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society, Power cuts never happens in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Balcony is available in the society. The shape of the society is in octagon shape, so all rooms in the society are very well ventilated and lighted. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, play area for kids and club house are available in the society. Gym is always available and functional all the time. Tennis, cricket court and ground areas are available. Flag hosting place is also available and greeneries and maintained properly. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not nearby the society, metro connectivity is not good of the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Security apps are used in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Paintings are done on time. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Cricket, basketball and 2 badminton courts are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Only issue that is faced in the society is of stray dogs, they come inside the premises of the society.

Transportation connectivity is good with metro, cabs and autos accessible. Schools and hospitals are also nearby. CCTVs and elevators are installed in the society. Hygiene is well maintained. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool and parks for kids are available. People are friendly and cooperative, they celebrate all festivals together.

Some seepage issues can be seen. Inconvenience due to stray dogs.

Maintainance service no doubt achchhi hai society ki ek call par plummer and other staff available rehta hai hmesha, guard and other staff are also of good quality. except for bus in turms of connectivity auto and cab easily mil jati hai. and as most of the public living in the society including me prefer using our own vehicle so connectivity is good as elivated roads hai yhan par. the gym of the society is something i use often and its of good quality.
Things need improvement
The society's building structure is no doubt good but quality of meterial like plaster quality is not at all of good quality as frame building ka achchha hai par meterial used achchha nahi hai. maintainance thoda mehnga hai is society ka when compared with other societies. bus service is not available near the society.
