Good things here

The society is very beautiful with 4 high-rise towers and 7-stories apartments. Throughout the year, you get ample breeze and flats are very ventilated. There are a few good parks nearby for kids and for adults. Security staff are very cooperative and on point. CCTV cameras installed everywhere. It is very near from the film city.

Most of the time of the year flats have seepage and leakage issues and even after multiple complaints the maintaince staff they dont take proper action.

Good things here

The society benefits from its proximity to the film city, just a quick 5-minute drive away, making it a convenient residence for students studying there. Auto-rickshaws and buses are available around 80% of the time, ensuring good transportation connectivity. Parking space is ample for all residents, and recent road construction has improved the quality of roads outside the society. Traffic is not a concern. Nearby shops cater to daily needs, enhancing convenience. Issue resolution within the society is prompt. Residents are friendly, and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, fostering a sense of community. Bachelors are welcome, and pets are allowed, adding to the inclusive atmosphere. The flats are well-ventilated, contributing to a comfortable living environment.

Things need improvement

The society lacks nearby malls or restaurants, which may inconvenience residents seeking entertainment or dining options. Additionally, there's a slight issue of leakage and seepage in the flats, which could require attention. Considering the society's age of 12 years, it might be worth addressing maintenance issues to ensure residents' comfort and safety.

Good things here

The society was well-maintained, with no problems of leaks or water issues. It was easy to reach all the facilities. Buses, autos, and taxis were always available for people who needed them. Water supply and waste management worked well. Nearby, residents had easy access to grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. There was plenty of parking space for vehicles. A big park was there for kids to play and have fun. The people living there were friendly and welcoming. Communication and internet services always worked well. Amenities like swimming pools gyms and clubhouse are well maintained.

Things need improvement

Everything was well maintained and easy to access with grocerys. Cctvs and elevators are also well maintained. Cinnectivity was good forthe people who have to go for the work daily. there was no need of improvement in the society.

Good things here

Supermarket society ke pass me hi hai 2 3 buildings chod ke. metro station piche hi hai society se bs 10min dur hai. market sirf 1/2km dur hai. bus stop and auto stand pass me hi hai. water supply security and cleanliness sab bohot accha hai. society me parking kafi acchi hai basement parking ke sath sath visitors parking bhi hai. society ka ek WhatsApp group hai vaha pr hum sab log discuss krte hai jab sab log available hote hai usi din hum koi bhi celebration karte hai. society me park and gym properly maintained hai.

Society se aage jakar jo road hai vaha pr trafic ka and noice pollution ka problem hota hai. building me thoda leakage ka issue hai. kabhi kabhi drainage ke vajah se bohot kharab smell aati hai. walking ke liye proper wide walkway nhi hai.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Pharmacy, salons are also available. The securuty is very good in the society. There are atleast 7 to 8 male and female security guards available at the main gate of the society. All buildings have dedicated security guards. CCTV and lifts are properly functional. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. All are kept clean and maintained properly. There are walking tracks available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society There are proper parking space available. Garden is properly maintained. Traffic jams are not faced around the society. I am a tenent and the owner is very good, and I'm staying here for 8 years.

The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. People are good.

The main concern of the society is of connectivity, public transportations are not easily available near the society. There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Lift problems are faced most of the time in the society. The lifts does not function properly and it is not maintained on time. gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area not available in the society.

Good things here

Auto and cabs were easy to approach around the society. There was mall and restaurants near by the society even grocery shops were there near by the society. Construction quality is great there were no issues regarding seepage in the society. Society was very well maintained,neat,clean and hygenic environment in the society.

There are no amenities in the society like no swimming pool,club house and gym only one garden area was there in the society. Railway station is far away from the society.

Good things here

The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. The maintainance services are pretty good in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. There is also lawn tennis courts available in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is good. Mostly all festivals are celebrated in the society, the society has got very lively community where people involve and have fun.

Garbage collections are bit of an issue in this society as the buildings are very new and there is still handover process going on between the builder and the society for which proper housekeeping and garbage collection staffs are still not appointed and garbage collection becomes an issue in the society. These issues are sorting day by day as this is a new phase of the buildings.

Good things here

The transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of public transport options, schools and hospitals nearby. The parking lot was provided. Maintenance quality was also good with garbage collection and properly maintained elevators. The construction quality was also fine with well made infrastructure with no internal issues like seepage and leakage. Amenities like community hall were available.

Good things here

Maintainenance charges are reasonable. It is 2000/- annually and the resident is satisfied by it. Fire extinguishers and fire exits are available including additional staircase for emergencies. Issue resolution is completed within 24 hours. Schools and hospitals are available near the society. Electricity and water supply is proper. No issues for the same.

The metro station is located 10 kms away from the society which is creating problem for the residents. The people have to book a cab to reach metro station. It takes around 40 mins to reach due to traffic.
