The residents in the society are friendly and cooperative. The society maintained a high standard of cleanliness with regular cleaning routines, and the lifts were consistently well-maintained. The construction of the buildings was commendable, and the roads doent' have potholes. The connectivity to the area was excellent, and the society's location was advantageous, with markets, schools, malls, and restaurants all within close proximity. Additionally, the maintenance charges were reasonable, considering the excellent services provided. Overall, it was a very positive experience residing in the society.

Residents and visitors have sufficient parking within the society. There are no issues with power cuts, and water is available 24/7. All modern amenities are in good condition. The residents are decent and cooperative. Garbage collection takes place daily, keeping the society clean. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos are easily available nearby, and the roads outside the society are in good condition.
There is a slight traffic issue near the society. However, it's important to note that the power backup is available only for common areas and lifts within the society; individual flats do not have access to it.

All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The lifts are maintained properly. Water is available 24/7, and there is sufficient parking for everyone. The society is clean.
Near the society, there is a traffic issue. Recently, there have been frequent power cuts for the past 1-2 weeks, causing inconvenience. The power backup is available only for common areas, not for individual flats.

Construction quality is good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Neighborhood is friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all festivals and events together.
We travel using our own transportation as there is no public transport available nearby. this is the only thing which i don't like.

People are friendly in nature. all local transport is easily available at walking distance. all modern amenities like gym, swimming pool, play area, garden, is present and well maintained. water supply is 24*7. residents parking is sufficient. security is properly managed.
Shopping malls and restaurants are 4-5kms away. there are issues of power cut but power backup is only for common areas. there is issue in construction quality like cracks on walls and seepage. due to new construction, there are issues like air pollution and traffic jam. parking space is not enough for visitors they need to park their vehicles outside the society.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water supply and logging. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. There is no seepage inside the building. The plaster quality of the walls are also good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and functional. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The residents were decent.
The society was providing all the basic facilities and amenities. Thus, no specific dislikes could be noticed.

Malls were conveniently situated close to the society for easy access to shopping and entertainment. Garbage collection was efficiently carried out daily, maintaining cleanliness. All modern amenities including a gym, swimming pool, play area, and garden were provided within the society for residents' enjoyment. Separate visitor parking was available to accommodate guests. The flats were well-ventilated with no issues of leakage or seepage. Maintenance charges were reasonable, ensuring affordability for residents. The use of the MyGate app enhanced security measures within the society.
During the rainy seasons, road waterlogging and traffic jams are common issues. Additionally, in the summers, there's a slight problem with the supply of drinking water.

The maintenance is really good as it is kept very neat and clean and no garbage disposal problem around the society and school, hospital and market is in the radius of 5 to 6 km
There are all the necessary amneties in the society but could have a better play area for kids to play

Our society has been receiving the "Best Clean Society" award for the last 5 years. Water is available 24/7, and issues are resolved promptly. The roads outside the society are properly lit up at night. Auto-rickshaws are easily available nearby, and there is ample parking space. There are no issues with leakage, seepage, or ventilation. Garbage collection is done daily. All modern amenities are available and in good condition. The lifts are well-maintained. The residents are friendly, and the atmosphere is peaceful.
Due to the construction of numerous new societies around, the roads nearby have become narrow, leading to traffic issues.

The society is in a prime location with easy access to everything nearby such as autos, schools, colleges, malls, and restaurants. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and the flats are well-maintained with good ventilation. Water supplied by the corporation is available 24/7. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There is parking available both inside and outside the society for visitors, and enough parking is allotted for residents. The residents are decent and cooperative.
The society is not located near a railway station or an airport. The airport is 10 km away, while the railway station is approximately 5-6 km away.
