Connectivity such as cabs and access to e-books is excellent in this society. The water facilities are very good, and there are reliable power backups. Garbage collection is highly efficient, with daily separation of wet and dry waste. The society boasts well-maintained amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and kids' play area. The construction quality is high, with no issues like leaks. Public transportation is easily accessible within a short walk, and the main road is nearby. Parking areas are spacious, with designated visitor parking spaces available. The cleanliness in the society is exceptional, with weekly cleaning of common areas ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. Security measures are top-notch, ensuring safety within the society.

Maintenance charges are considered expensive in this society. Additionally, for visitor parking, there is a charge applicable for the duration of their stay, whether it's for one day or two.

The elevators are well-installed and maintained. The construction quality is excellent, with spacious apartments that have no seepage or termite issues. The ventilation is great, and the POP finish gives the interiors an aesthetic look. Garbage collection is organized, with proper wet and dry segregation. There are amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which are well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other. Connectivity is good, with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby.

The only issue I had was with the sewage not being cleaned regularly, which caused waterlogging during the rains. Other than that, I had no problems during my stay.

The construction of the society is top-notch in both quality and design. In the hot climate of Chennai, the ventilation is superior due to the high standards of engineering structure, and there have been no complaints regarding seepages. Connectivity is decent as the society is situated on the main road, with many schools, hospitals, and shopping malls located 2 to 3km from the community. In every aspect, the society excels due to the high standards of management. Management promptly resolves residents' concerns. Additionally, a park is situated between every two towers, and amenities such as a play area, clubhouse with a gym, and indoor games are available for residents.

There were problems with heavy traffic because the society was located on the main road, and as soon as people stepped out of the society, a lot of vehicles were passing through.

Nice and peaceful environment, great amenities, good food, road connectivity ,friendly people, good water etc

Sometimes monkey intrusions are there, bird nets need to be renovated, water charges are comparatively higher

Good things here

Five years ago, I relocated from this community. During my time there, connectivity was excellent, with supermarkets, one to two schools, temples, and restaurants located within 500 meters of the community. Additionally, there is a hospital less than 1km away, and the society is situated on the main road. Maintenance facilities are quite satisfactory, with regular metro water and bore water supply available. Amenities such as a park, swimming pool, and a well-equipped community hall are also provided for residents.

There are some seepage issues, with wall paint peeling off in several places, and electricity complaints, such as switches not working properly, due to poor construction quality. Additionally, there are extra maintenance charges for water and other facilities. Moreover, there is a significant problem with monkeys in this society.

Condition of the roads is very good and the constructions of the homes are well done. Regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras and presence of professional security makes it safer for the residents.
