Good things here

The maintenance of the society is very good, and the cleanliness of the surroundings is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The water facilities are very good, and there is a reliable power backup available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is very good, with no major issues. Public transportation, like buses, is available within a 200-meter walk from the society. The hospital is also within walking distance, making it very convenient. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable stalls are within walking distance. The parking area is very spacious within the society. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity is limited, and cabs are not available in the society unless booked in advance. The roads outside the society are not in good condition. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not available in the society. read more

Garbage collection in the society is inadequate, as it is sometimes collected only every three days, posing hygienic concerns for residents.
