Good things here

The house is inside a gated community with Swimming pool, gym, indoor badminton area, and party hall for events and celebrations. The house is behind Brigade Tech Gardens and close by Brookfields Mall, AECS layout, Whitefield access, etc.
Things need improvement
Very big 3000 soft individual Villa house inside a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The main hall is double cathedral roof and looks spacious with French door access to front yard.
