I have recently rented an apartment in Vardhaman Park in Sector 17 Vashi, Mumbai. My 2-BHK apartment is quite spacious and it comes with some basic amenities to fulfil the daily needs of the residents.

I have lived in Vardhaman Park for quite some time, and never experienced power cut issues or water shortage. The locality is a premium posh residential and commercial area with a suburban railway station nearby.

I think Vardhaman Park is located in a convenient area with several options for public transport near the building. Cabs and autos are also available, making it easier for the residents to commute.

Vardhaman Park is a convenient place to live in in terms of connectivity, environment, safety and lifestyle. Police patrolling is common. The roads near the building are well-maintained. However, there is no metro connectivity nearby.

Vardhaman Park in Sector 17, Vashi, has excellent location advantage and is situated close to shopping malls, reputed schools, hospitals, grocery stores, and markets are within walking distance from the building. I am satisfied.
