Garbage collections are done punctually, and the maintenance of the society is exemplary, with hygiene being well-maintained. All modes of public transportation, including auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs, are easily accessible around the society. Facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and a play area for kids are available within the society premises. The residents are friendly, educated, and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious living environment.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is subpar, as seepage, leakage, and plaster quality issues are prevalent. There are also concerns about water blockage that need improvement.

Good things here
CCTV cameras are installed throughout the society and operate efficiently. The lifts are in good working condition. The construction quality of the buildings is high, with no seepage or leakage issues observed in the flats. The security system within the society is robust, supported by the presence of vigilant security guards.

The construction quality of the buildings is mediocre, with noticeable seepage and leakage issues in the flats. The society lacks cleanliness, and timely maintenance is not consistently performed.

Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are present and well-maintained. Maintenance is fine, with no reported issues regarding water and electricity supply. Additionally, the neighborhood is friendly, fostering a sense of community within the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality, including worn-out plaster problems in some older buildings and delays in painting and whitewashing. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of unity among residents, as not all festivals and events are celebrated together. Furthermore, the parking area appears to be inadequate for the number of residents in the society.

Good things here
. Transportation connectivity near the society is very good and routes are well connected with main road. Construction quality is fine. Fitting quality was also good. Would like to rate the construction quality as 7/10. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. There is a play ground. Neighborhood is friendly and celebrate all festivals together. There was a shopping complex nearby.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is average with bad water quality. Water is salty in nature. Some water logging and power backup issues also existed. Walls had some seepage issues, due to living on the ground floor. Wall plaster quality was also not good.

rajendra nagar ghaziabad is good locality and transportation and cabs easily available and water supply is also easily available.
Things need improvement
I didn't like some things about this locality that it is a high maintenance charge and some residential like bad peoples

Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory, with all basic facilities being provided. Transport connectivity near the society is also fine with availability of a metro station, an airport, bus stand and railway station. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The residents are friendly and cooperative and celebrate all festivals and events.

Construction quality is average with some seepage and leakage issues.

If compared with other societies my society is amazing. Neither I dislike anything or not i want to change anything�in�my�society.

Good things here
Metro is available nearby. Autos and rickshaws are also available right outside the society. Market area is also nearby. CCTV and lifts are there. Club house and pool are there in the society and they are mamintanied. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Society is pet friendly.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is average, it is not very frequently maintained. Construction quality is not good. Seelan and seepage is not an issue, but the plaster and paint keeps chipping off.

Market area is a bit far from the society. The Society maintainance of the society is average. Sometimes seepage issues are seen in the appartments, the construction quality is average. There are no other issues that are faced in the society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good with drinking water is available 24*7 in the society No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society.
Things need improvement
Paintings are not done on time in the society. There is also Street dogs issues in the society, they come inside the society's premises creating disturbance.
