Good things here
The surroundings boast abundant greenery, well-maintained with vibrant plants and flowers. Residents are friendly, fostering a strong community bond. Festivals are celebrated together, enhancing camaraderie. Within 1 km, amenities like bus stops, supermarkets, and dairies are easily accessible. The roads are in excellent condition, illuminated by street lights. Adequate parking space is available. The construction is well-designed, offering ventilated rooms with ample sunlight in balconies. Maintenance includes regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. Water and power supply are uninterrupted 24/7. Amenities like basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, children's play area, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse enrich the living experience.
Things need improvement
The society faces water logging problems during the rainy season, causing inconvenience and potential damage to property. Solutions like improved drainage systems are needed urgently

Good things here
The society had CCTV and security guards, making it safe. Cleanliness was maintained, and the residents were cooperative, celebrating festivals together. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and the construction quality was good. There was no issue with water supply, and the lifts were well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society complex did not have an inside gym and swimming pool; the society's swimming pool and gym were outside the complex, a 2-3 minute walk away, which was not convenient sometimes. Autos were not available near the society, and cabs were often canceled.

Each resident has designated parking, and the community follows the rules. The neighbors are nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators are installed and maintained, CCTV cameras and security guards are available, and there is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges due to lack of boring for water supply, resulting in water issues. Additionally, it seems there is limited space available for constructing additional amenities, with only a clubhouse currently present.

Good things here
Connectivity, including cabs and autos, is easily available in the society, making it very convenient. Autos are available at the main road and airport, which is very convenient. People are very friendly and respectful in the society, and overall maintenance is very good. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all of which are well-maintained. There is a lot of greenery outside the society, which is very pleasant. Security in the society is very good; the security staff does a great job. Road quality is also very good in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available within walking distance, usually between 200-300 meters from the society. The society is very safe for kids.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of traffic, especially during evening times, which we find challenging. Sometimes cabs are not available during the evenings, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive. Schools are far from the society, which is very inconvenient.

Communication is excellent in the society. Maintenance is efficient and smooth, keeping everything in good condition. People are friendly and approachable, fostering a sense of community. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available. Security is top-notch, ensuring the safety of residents, and the management is responsive to the needs of the people, enhancing the sense of security. Additionally, shops and other facilities are easily accessible within the society, adding to the convenience.
Things need improvement
Public transportation from the society is very convenient, located within around 2 kilometers. However, parking can be congested in the society. There is a lot of traffic outside the society, which is very inconvenient.

I couldn't have asked for a better home than Dahlia. With its convenient location just 18 km away from Majestic and a short distance from the international airport, travelling is smooth.
