Good things here
I have been living here for 8 years and like the good connectivity and easy availability of public transport like buses, autos and cabs nearby. The roads are in good condition, and the ventilation in my home is proper. The plaster and fittings are of good quality. There are CCTV cameras and a security guard for added safety.
Things need improvement
But, there are several downsides. Garbage disposal is an issue and the lifts are not well-maintained. Parking is sometimes is a issue. There are frequent power cuts, with no electricity the entire day every Thursday and occasional power cuts on other days. Although there were seepage and termite issues earlier, these were resolved after we got painting done. The amenities are not well-maintained, and there are no cameras in all wings, including mine. The barking of pets creates a disturbance, especially since one owner keeps 3-4 pets. The small children's garden should be better maintained, and its cleanliness needs to be improved.

Good things here
Maximim residents use their personal vehicle as well and there are ample of parking space available in the society. Flats are not at all conjested, proper ventilation is available. Structure of the buildings are perfect. Fire exit and fire station is also near the society. There are multiple parks in the society. Society has a mix of people comming from different parts of country, People are very good in the society, they are educated and decent people, festivals are celebrated together. Society follows pet rules and society is pet friendly. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Elevators are properly maintained.
Things need improvement
Amenities are small as compared to the number of people in the society. Also modern amenities like swimming pool, badminton court and ground is not available in the society. I think maintenance can be improved for further development.

Good things here
The society has plenty of good things. Its good location means everything is close by and easy to reach. There haven't been any issues with water or electricity. Residents benefit from convenient transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, which help them get to essential services and nearby facilities easily. Additionally, the society's large park adds to its appeal by offering a friendly place for children to play and by strengthening the community spirit among its residents. People of the society were good and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There were no amenities in the society. Connectivity was also poor, making it difficult for daily commuters. Security was also a concern as there were no CCTV cameras.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The construction quality is outstanding, with no issues of seepage or termites, and proper ventilation in all apartments. The regular garbage collection, with segregation of wet and dry waste, is well managed. The elevators are installed and maintained properly, and there are CCTV cameras and a security guard ensuring safety.
Things need improvement
However, the major drawback is the lack of amenities. There's no swimming pool, and although there's a gym, it's not functional. While the neighbours are okay, they're not particularly friendly or engaging. Despite these issues, everything else is fine.

The connectivity of the society is excellent, with easy access to local transportation facilities. Nearby, there are schools and hospitals, making it convenient for residents. The cleanliness of the society is well-maintained, with regular garbage collection. Additionally, allocated parking spaces are provided for both owners and visitors.

The lack of amenities is a significant drawback in the society, as there are none available. Additionally, the construction quality is not up to par, as there have been instances of leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.

Good things here
Connectivity in terms of market area is everythign sorted and easily accessible for the normal public. The maintennace of teh society is very well taken care of, and no issue with terms of lifts or water supply or power backup is there. There is no infra problems like seepage or leakage of weak walls. There is regular celebration of festivals by the people of the society.
Things need improvement
Cabs although are not easily available, youve to wait for soemtime to get hold of those. This creates problem for teh residents at times. There is issue with the opne area or wlaking area of the scoiety as there is accumulation of water and fungus along with algae due to which the area is very slippery.

Good things here
Everything is readily available in the surrounding area, and the well-constructed roads ensure there are no issues with waterlogging. Amenities within the society are plentiful and well-maintained. During festivals, special arrangements are made for children in the clubhouse, ensuring everyone can enjoy the celebrations.
Things need improvement
During the summer, power cuts are a concern as the society lacks a centralized power backup system. Power backup availability varies from flat to flat, with some having it while others do not. Additionally, there is potential for further development of the park within the society.

Good things here
Build quality of the apartment is top notch and material used is of good quality and there are no leakage and seepage issues in apartments. High security to there resident,cleaniness was top notch. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Semi amenities has been provided but maintenance should also be enhanced like gym and kids play area is in bad condition. Local trasport and public transport were very difficult to catch around the society.

Good things here
The maintenance charges of the society were reasonable, but other than that, there was nothing particularly good about the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society was not good because I observed a significant issue with seepage. There were no facilities available nearby such as schools, hospitals, or markets, leading to connectivity problems. Maintenance services were not provided on time, and there were frequent power cuts.

Locality of the apartment is great,malls and restaurants were near by the society.Build quality of the society is great like no leakage ans seepage issues in the society.Good security system and society was neat,clean and hygenic.

There were only semi amenities in the society like one club house and small gym area in the society.
