All my stairs are breaking. I had to reconstruct the stairs again. The sand quality is worst. Construction quality is worst. You cannot even buy sand & cement for this location if you have a home here. Sellers are afraid to sell sand & cement. If you are buying sand & cement don't tell them that your home is at Ambica City. Then they will not sell. No amenities provided as promised. There is no children park, no walkway, No proper roads, no proper connecting road, Security sleeps all the night, if you want to go early, no one will be there to open gates, walls are dampening, I had to spend again for damp treatment, full of snakes causing unsafe to children and adults, it's life threatening (attached some friendly snake selfies here). From last 5 years, still under development!!! But charges whopping maintenance charges. Security sleeps but still want to depute more security without correcting the situation. Paying lakhs taking from our pockets in the name of maintenance for sleeping security guards. You can decide if you want to buy or not!!
