Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, with a nearby railway station and buses and autos within easy reach. There is proper maintenance in the society, with amenities such as a garden, play area, and gym available. The people in the society are quite friendly. The society is always maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene standards. Garbage collection is done on time.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station nearby, and the society lacks proper ventilation and sunlight in the rooms. Additionally, there is no swimming pool or clubhouse in the society.

Effective security measures such as gate apps further enhance safety within the society, providing residents with peace of mind. The absence of seepage or leakage issues reflects a well-maintained infrastructure, contributing to a comfortable living environment for all residents.

I feel fortunate to be part of a society where everything meets my expectations and needs. As it stands, I don't see any areas that need improvement or additions. The current state of the society is decent, and I'm content

Good things here
The society area was well-maintained, free from any water issues and leaks, creating a fresh atmosphere. Residents had convenient access to buses, autos, and taxis for transportation, and the connectivity was excellent, especially for daily commuters. The water supply and waste disposal systems were efficiently managed. Luxuries like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were easily accessible, and essential amenities such as grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges were nearby. Ample parking options were provided, and a large park provided recreational opportunities for children. The residents were known for their warmth and hospitality. Security was enhanced with functional CCTVs and elevators, and communication and internet services remained reliably consistent. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to live.
Things need improvement
Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, with no concerns about leaks or seepage. The elevators were also functioning well. The residents were amiable and helpful, adding to the positive atmosphere. Additionally, there was the convenience of nearby grocery stores.

Good things here
The society has got great connectivity, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Within close proximity Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The road quality is very good and street lights are always functional. Rooms are very well ventilated. The parking space is sufficient for all the residents, and all have their own parking spots. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are always done on time in the society. Water supply is always available. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water logging issues are barely noticable. Elevators are installed in all the towers. CCTV are properly installed all over the society. Security guards are available. Gym and club house is available and properly functional
Things need improvement
There are Facilities and Amenities like swimmingpool and play area for kids are not available in the society. People are overall not that friendly and they don't want to interact.

Good things here
The neighborhood is very friendly and rated highly. The housing society offers excellent amenities including gardens, children's play areas, swimming pool, gym, clubs, park, and security. Connectivity is excellent with autos, cabs, metro, and a nearby railway station. Maintenance is good with regular cleaning and garbage collection.
Things need improvement
There is a manageable leakage problem in the construction, which can be a concern for maintenance. However, overall, the society offers good security, a well-maintained gym, good parking facilities, and a swimming pool, which are appreciated by residents.

Good things here
The lifts are well maintained, and cleanliness is also well maintained. Water is available 24/7. Residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. Autos and buses are available near the society. There is no traffic issue, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
The society has all the modern amenities, but they are not up to date, which leaves me somewhat unsatisfied. Additionally, there is no parking allotted within the society, so visitors have to park their vehicles outside.
