Good things here
With convenient access to public transportation like autos, buses, and cabs just a short walk away, as well as a nearby metro station, getting around is a breeze. Having local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and other amenities in close proximity adds to the convenience and vibrancy of the neighborhood. I'm particularly impressed by how well-maintained and hygienic the society is, with timely garbage collection and a reliable water supply. It's reassuring to know that there are no electricity issues to contend with, and the construction quality ensures that common problems like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are non-existent. The presence of balconies, along with a good security system comprising security guards and CCTV surveillance, enhances both the comfort and safety of residents. And with the added convenience of a lift, navigating the building is effortless. But perhaps what makes this community truly special is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among its residents.
Things need improvement
It's a bit disappointing that amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park aren't available in our society. Those are features that I personally value and enjoy using for recreation and fitness.

Good things here
Ola and Uber services are available in the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the society. All amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. The lifts are well-maintained, and water is available 24/7. The cleanliness of the society is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is very poor as there are no autos or buses available, and the market is far away. Additionally, after 5 PM, there is heavy traffic jam near the society due to ongoing construction work on the roads outside.

There are no major electricity issues faced in this society. The cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained, with proper garbage collection done on time. Connectivity is convenient, with easy access to public transport like autos and cabs just outside the society. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores. The society offers facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout. Elevators are installed and properly maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is average, with issues such as seepage, leakage, and dampness present. Additionally, there are cracks in the walls.

Good things here
There were no construction-related issues such as leakage or seepage. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. People were cooperative, and water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was maintained, and maintenance of the lifts was regular. There was enough parking for the residents.
Things need improvement
Visitors were not allowed parking inside the society. It was somewhat difficult to access public transport near the society, and the roads outside the society were not in good condition.
