Residents appreciate the easy access to public transport, metro connectivity, and the reasonable maintenance charges. The well-maintained garden and lifts create a pleasant environment for seniors to enjoy. The diverse mix of residents coming together for festivals and celebrations fosters a sense of togetherness and inclusivity. However, the lack of parking space for cars within the society compound is a major disappointment. Additionally, the noisy atmosphere due to fights at the nearby gas pump can be disruptive to the otherwise peaceful living environment.
Things need improvement
While the construction quality of the society initially faced challenges with leakage, the builder's maintenance service helped address some of the issues. The spacious area for kids to play and the availability of a gym for fitness activities are positive attributes. However, the absence of street food options and grocery stores nearby can be inconvenient for residents. Overall, while the society offers good connectivity and amenities, there is room for improvement in addressing noise disturbances and parking limitations.

The diverse mix of members from different castes and religions coming together to celebrate festivals and hold functions truly fosters a strong sense of oneness in the society. The monthly togetherness events further contribute to a great community atmosphere. Additionally, the well-maintained lifts and gardens provide a comfortable environment for all members, particularly seniors who enjoy spending time in the society premises. The small size of the society with only 24 families creates a close-knit feeling that is cherished by all.

It's disappointing to experience the lack of parking space within the society compound for our cars, especially when dealing with the noise and occasional altercations at the nearby auto refilling gas pump. However, despite these challenges, the overall experience in the society remains fabulous. The positive aspects, such as the commendable location, connectivity, and maintenance services, outweigh the minor drawbacks. Overall, it's still a desirable place to live.
