The best thing about our society, in my opinion, is definitely its connectivity. It's incredibly convenient to have schools and hospitals nearby, and the fact that public transport options like autos, cabs, and buses are readily available within such a short distance makes getting around a breeze. Having good connectivity has been a real game-changer for me. It ensures that essential services and amenities are always within reach, which adds a lot of convenience to my daily life.
My experience in the society has been extremely unpleasant, and it's disheartening to say that it's become a terrible place to live. The construction quality is incredibly poor, with significant seepage issues and low-quality materials used. Despite exorbitantly high maintenance charges, the services provided do not meet expectations, with nothing being properly maintained. The amenities, or lack thereof, are a major disappointment. The swimming pool is dirty, and the so-called clubhouse is nothing more than a neglected room. It's frustrating to see existing amenities in such poor condition, especially considering the expenses involved. What's even more disheartening is the unfriendly atmosphere among residents, with frequent arguments over trivial matters. The dysfunctionality of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) committee only exacerbates the situation, as nobody seems to pay attention to anyone else's concerns.

The absence of seepage and leakage issues provides reassurance, contributing to a comfortable and hygienic living space.
The connectivity in the area is insufficient, with the metro station located far away, which presents challenges for residents needing transportation options, particularly for daily commuting. Safety concerns, especially at night, highlight the need for improved security measures to ensure residents' well-being. The non-functional swimming pool reduces the availability of recreational amenities, thereby limiting leisure opportunities within the community.

The society has quick access to autos as it's situated along the road, and there are no traffic issues. The roads outside the society are well-maintained. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The society is clean, and the residents are good. Water is available 24/7.
Complaints in the society take time to resolve, which can be frustrating. Open parking is available for everyone, but it's not covered, and only a few people have allotted parking spaces. Others park their vehicles wherever they find space. There is a slight seepage issue in some flats.

The society has a very good connectivity as every thing is at the radius of 1 km school hospital and market
Public transport is a bit of hassel as it is not avaliable right out side the society other than cabs.

Metro is available nearby. No issue of water logging. Cleanliness is maintained in the society.
CCTV camera not available in the society. Lift was not required. People were not that cooperative.

Transport connectivity in the area is good, with the metro right in front. There are no traffic issues around. Maintenance is average, with proper cleanliness and no seepage or water logging issues. There is a swimming pool. The market area is also nearby, including Tugalpur Market and Omex Mall, which is 1 km away, and another mall in the front, Vanis Mall, is 3 km away. People living here are cooperative and helpful, celebrating functions together.
Water supply is a bit slow. Amenities like the clubhouse and gym do exist but are not operated and maintained well, leading to their closure most of the time.

I am a resident and I am staying for 6 months now. The construction is poor. The location is good but there is a lot of traffic jams during peak hours which creates noise pollution too. The maintenance is not done properly and we face a lot of issues while staying.

It is a well-connected area but close to highway. Lot of noise is there during peak hours. The construction is somewhat good. Cleanliness is less in this area. Other projects in this area will be better.
