Good things here
The connectivity is quite good, with schools and markets nearby and public transport easily available. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is a plus. I appreciate the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which are well-maintained. The neighbours are friendly, and the security guards are diligent and strict about outsiders.
Things need improvement
There�s a big issue with car parking. Some residents have more than one car and park wherever they find space, creating chaos. The area is also very dusty due to heavy traffic, and this affects the cleanliness of the society. The cleaning is done only once or twice a week, leaving the floors dirty most of the time. There is water leakage in some apartments, and I can see seepage in the balcony of my neighbors. The swimming pool lacks a safety ring, and the society's association is not very active, making it hard to get complaints addressed. The absence of CCTV cameras is also a concern, especially for the safety of my kids.

Good things here
I really appreciate the good connectivity and easily available public transport, which makes commuting hassle-free. The roads are well-maintained, and having hospitals and markets nearby is very convenient. Each resident having designated parking and adhering to rules adds to the organized feel of the society. There is regular electricity and water supply, which is essential. The neighbors are very friendly and cooperative, always willing to lend a hand. I also enjoy the modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse, which are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there are issues with bathroom and balcony leakage, which have been quite troublesome. The lifts not working during peak hours adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, the society doesn't collect garbage from homes, so residents have to dump it themselves, although the garbage collection from designated points is good and efficient. Other than these issues, everything else in the society is satisfactory.

Good things here
Connected locality with easy availability of cabs and autos if we book Ola or Uber, very convenient. Water facilities are very good, with reliable power backups available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect waste daily without any inconvenience. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation is available within a 500-meter radius, which is very convenient. Hospital availability with walkable distance, and restaurants with fine dining. Greenery sets very good in the city. Security is tight, very good.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor, the pipes' quality is very bad, there are multiple leaks in the pipes, and there is also a sewage leak. It's very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Area pays for maintenance, which is 13,500 with this.

There were good people in the society with best CCTV cameras installed throughout the premises to ensure the security The presence of a spacious park enhances the attractiveness of the society, providing a pleasant area for children to play and fostering a strong sense of community among residents. the society's advantageous location allows easy access to nearby markets, schools, and hospitals, adding to its appeal as a residential area. There are plenty of positive aspects to appreciate. For instance, residents have access to amenities such as a gym and clubhouse, which are kept in good condition through regular maintenance. The construction quality is excellent, ensuring there are no issues like leaks or seepage
Things need improvement
There was an issue with connectivity in the area. Nearby, there were no grocery shops readily available, and public transport was also not easily accessible.

I can attest to the excellent living conditions here. The roads are in great shape, making commutes smooth and stress-free. Additionally, there's a table tennis facility that adds a fun recreational option for everyone.

It's challenging to find areas that need improvement as everything appears to be in satisfactory condition. However, there's always room for enhancement, such as adding more modern amenities or improving existing facilities.

Good things here
The amenities here are top-notch, and everyone's friendly and respectful. Everything's kept in great shape, from the water facility to the power backup. Garbage collection is on point too, with effective separation of wet and dry waste. Plus, we've got all the amenities covered - swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and a play area for the kids, all well-maintained. Public transportation's just a short walk away, around 500 meters, which makes life a lot easier. And with plenty of walking paths around the society, getting some fresh air is a breeze.
Things need improvement
The construction quality leaves much to be desired, with some minor issues like plumbing problems and cracks in the walls. There are occasional instances of water logging in the kitchen and bathroom, which can be quite frustrating.

Cabs are easily available infront of the society. Maintaining of the lift lift is average. People are well-educated and co-operative.Aminities are club house is maintaining good.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good.In kitchen and bathrooms the water is logged .During rain the power cuts were occurs.

The play area in the society is inadequate and congested, limiting recreational activities for residents. Additionally, the metro station is quite distant, approximately 2 kilometers away from the society, posing challenges for commuting. Moreover, there is noticeable pollution in the vicinity of the society, impacting the environment and residents' well-being.
